@cannibalcorpse151 You don't get it, he did it because he can, and I would argue this is much better then a trip to a theme park, he can ride his OWN coaster whenever , friends will be impressed, he's learned how to design stuff, he's learned skills that could be re-applied for several different jobs, it instills confidence, and not to mention it landed him a job at ride design firm arrow dynamics (now s&s arrow), who built MagnumXL-200, first roller coaster to break 200ft.
