So, in the end of the movie when they are downstairs in the cellar and Todd sees the woman he just killed (the homeless lady) and gets mad. The woman he killed was his wife, that Mrs. Lovett had said was killed by the judge. .Mrs. lovett lied to Sweeney so she could have him for herself. she new his wife was still alive. and that's why she deserved to die. if you would've payed attention you would know this loll

Sweeney and Toby look just like me my twin and my dad would look whenever my mom took us on "family outings" that only she enjoyed. Except she was always pissed at us near the end when she noticed we weren't enjoying the conventional means of recreation that is essential for every normal family.
