This guy seems to be looking for a 'stamp' for 'leave to remain' in uk, hence what he is saying about marriage. With whom one is allowed to marry is clearly stated in the Quran (s4v24) as well as through examples presented by The Prophet, the Ahl al-Bayt and the Sahabas.

Everybody must reach to the same conclusion if we start thinking as a Muslim only not on the basis of sectarianism.
