This is Shorinji Ryu Seisan from Nakazato Joen.. This is old demonstration footage from some 25-30 years ago. I think if you describe this as Joshinmon it might be confused with the (Tokyo based) Joshinmon Shorin ryu school (also spelled Jyoshinmon) which is derived from a combination/hybrid of Shorinji and Seibukan (in its form via Tamotsu's Shorinji ryu) and infused with a bit of Shotokan styling for tournaments. Their seisan is different from this.
