You definitely should fully dps in the 'tornado' phase. Otherwise it's like 25 seconds of fully stacked haste+crit buff completely wasted.
Second thing - standard rotation sucks here. The best way is to go solar asap and keep refreshing dots and spam starfire

you raid has some pretty sick dps :D. You can still target alyrazor during the tornado phase btw to deal more dmg
