actually, no. Doc's recovery is worse than falco's. Only person's worse than doc's is roy's.

Falco has options. Doc really doesnt although he can defend himself as he recovers.

Doesn't Doc's Up-B have crazy priority? Nobody can hit you out of that, unless without a precise, powerful hit. Plus with his tornado, and his Super Sheet, doc's got a pretty good getting back. He even has a chance of stage spiking the enemy with his Up-B/Down-B. Falco has the worst.

Problem is, nobody ever tries to hit doc out of up-b. Super sheet can be used only once, and even that gives you a very small amount of horizontal distance, none vertical I believe (dogy can correct me). Stage spiking is rare with up-b, almost never with down-b, they certainly aren't regular options when recovering.

You see, Doc really does have one of the (if not THE) worst recovery in the game, but when Bob$ plays, his recovery becomes rather amazing.

No, Marth is floaty and makes it back to the stage fine.  Roy fall's much faster and doesn't cover as much ground horizontally just falling, coupled with a worse up b and double jump.
