Ethics is such a vague term and it varies from person to person. What's ethical for me may not be ethical for you and vice versa. Corporations are businesses, the goal is to provide goods and services in such way that the market will bear it. If its not ethical for you, then don't patronize the business. Of course we have laws against fraud and forms of obvious ethical violations - which is why madoff is in jail.
