  • holy shit i thought this video was a coaching video on how to gain upper body strength but it turned out to be "feel bad about urself video" lol

  • THEY should be in the circus !!

  • slow, controlled moves, incredible and real strength,no cheating using momentum and stuff like that like most guys do because they arent strong enough//I was cheating using momentum, doing muscle ups and destroyed my shoulders, one slow controlled muscle up is way way better than 50 "fake",fast ones that use momentum

  • BODY CONTROL RULES !

  • :27 is awesome.

  • 2:12-2:21...Epic Ninja.

  • Uhh...why was this filmed without my consent?

  • 2.27!!!amazing!!

  • I just tried top do this... Fail

  • ...FML

  • I can not do these thing ,but I bet if I grabbed him I could break his back or anything else I got hold of .just because one person can do one thing and another can do something different does not make one stronger than the other . Different bodies are made for different things.

  • @Dennis23457 lol ego strikes again

  • @fuckyourickastley011

    i deadlift 364 lbs

  • i wish i was 1.65 and had 50 kg. With 1.86 and 85 kg i can't do that shit... (sarcasm indeed)

  • @UberPanj It's not your heigh/weight that weighs you down. I'm 183 and 84 kg and close to full PL, can do a cross back and front lever. it's a cliche but stop whining and do the training everyone can learn it.

  • no i'm not weak i'm just normal :)

  • those last 40 seconds... wow.. just wow.

  • yea thats fine too xD

  • blatantly fake…they just turned the video to the right. the people are OBVIOUSLY running on the walls, i mean, cmon. :D

  • @thebigtortuga You can't be serious... Its obviously not fake and plenty of people can do what this guy did, it just takes great genes and dedication.

  • @hobo9596 youre right, I'm not serious. did you really not catch that? lol

  • @thebigtortuga Well, we are on the internet. Sarcasm cannot be known unless it is overtly obvious. Plus there are always trolls..

  • Nice one dude ^!^

  • ok after seeing this video you have two choices

1: accept the fact that you are weak and go training right away

2: go back to the sofa and start eating some chips

  • @DerDerDeineMamiBangt ... im eatting jojos does that count

  • @DerDerDeineMamiBangt

what if im not weak nerd

  • @DerDerDeineMamiBangt training iit is !

  • thats Photoshop

  • amazing +1000 for dedication

  • It's funny how some haters keep asking about his legs. Come on, video title says "Upper body strength" His legs are fine along with his core strength to do those advanced pushups.

  • Where's ur legs brah?

  • @64adamw64 Well if he used his legs then the video wouldn't be called "Crazy Upper Body Strength"

  • Does this dude work for Cirque Du Soleil? I've seen those dudes do some crazy shit like this. And it looks like he's training in some theatre setting when he was doing those handstands and bouncing up and down with one hand

  • pfft .. chuck norris can do that while sleeping

  • wtfupsidedownjacks rofl nice!

  • pufff easy for me.

  • is this fake?

  • That is some crazy shit!

  • Comment removed

  • Not just strenght. There's so serious balance going on there.

  • Defying Gravity, eh?

  • dude man this is some insane upper body strength..well done, respect..

  • ye Savickas might be dead in 5 years 2 from steroid abuse this is real [natural] upper body strength how many times can Savickas pull his chin above a bar? fat lot of good all that power guna do in the real world strong but drug induced is FAKE and im talking from experiance all my steriod induced strength and i couldnt hold one of these moves or any other gymnast moves for a second it was like starting all over again

  • @usurper08 ahh dude shut the hell up how many times "in the real world" are u gonna hang with one hand in twisted positions from a rope? yeah about as often as u will have to lift 1000 pounds

  • i do this every morning when i watch spongebob grrrr

  • Thats amazing!!! So STRONG!! Big respect!!!

  • Midget with T-Rex arms and bodyweight of toddler. Try something else. Let say 900 pounds squat or 450 pounds strict overhead press like Savickas. Now we're talking "Crazy Upper Body Strength".

  • @m5p944 yeah i prefer that over calisthenics also but i give credit where credit is due and these people all have to train just as hard as powerlifters

  • @m5p944 All that matters is the hard work you put in. It doesn't matter your style of strength training.

  • what do you do to even start that

  • I think I saw the strings!

  • This it not Crazy upper body strength.

  • but does he blend?

  • Comment removed

  • nice warm-up - andnow,the workout ;-)

    Just kidding ... *envy*

  • If this was a girl...there'd be a LOT more hate than this.

  • @horrorscope71270 lol wouldnt be much hate on a topless girl eh :D

  • excellent co-ordination and balance , but normal strength.

there's no reason for this to be fake , its just gymnastics . Its a simple exercise it just requires good core strength the top arm just holds on and the bottom arm locks out the rest is core work. shit cameras distort so...uh

Bench pressing 900 lbs is awesome too, both pursuits take a certain amount of crazy.

does pressing 900 lb or supporting your body weight with one finger have anything to do with health or functionality , NO.

  • @PsychedelicSexDream obviously those feats take huge amount of relative strength,no amount cordination and balance can perform some of these acts without massive strength. The only lads benching 900 lbs are getting 200-300 lbs fro a suit.

  • @scarred10 ok just my opinions, try some of those movements they are not as hard as they look, obviously practicing moves like these will make your muscles stronger with correct training but I stand by my original comment. there is no doubt these people are "strong" in these mo

  • @scarred10 people can bench 750+ RAW thats a bigger feat of strength than this tbh this does not exactly take insane strength just good strength and lightweight if the strongman competitors could weigh 150 pounds for one day they could do this with there dicks

  • @xXJeReMiAhXx99 A couple of people in the world can bench 700 raw,raw benching is almost obsolete at elite levels. If the strongman competeitors lost that much weight they lose a massive amount of strength, the only way to be as strong as them is to be as big as them. This is not only strength, its skill at the specific task ,balance and coordination, not pure max strengthreally only something someone who practised for years could do regardless of strength.

  • @scarred10 yes i know it requires being very big thats why i said if they could weigh 150 pounds for one day like magic lol but anyway point is 750+ pounds on bench raw is still a bigger feat of strength if ur average person trained for this for a couple of years with a proper diet to become extremely lean than most would be able to do alot of these moves but give someone 10 years of training and all the drugs he wants and he still wont be able to bench 700 thats my point

  • @xXJeReMiAhXx99 we arent comparing feats, were just saying these are graet feats of strength, not the graetest feats ever. Also only elite gymnasts or acrobats training from childhood will ever do most of these stunts.

  • @xXJeReMiAhXx99

I can't put a sentence together to express how dumb this post sounds. I guess I fail.

  • @decadyne yep i guess u do

  • @xXJeReMiAhXx99

Can the word "sarcasm" rent some time with your vocabulary? Maybe not.

  • @decadyne nah

  • @xXJeReMiAhXx99

This is pretty funny. You realize you keep insulting yourself, right? I'm not even doing any work here.

  • @decadyne well i thought i was trolling u actually but maybe i'm just dumb

  • @xXJeReMiAhXx99

    Nah, you're OK.

    Wait, are you winning?

  • @decadyne there are no winners we are both wasting our time lol

  • Please watch his face "closely", notice how it "blurs" out everytime he does that gravity-defying "pull-up"? (actually going in the west-to-east direction). Under any circumstance, there should be no distortion in the view. Nice try, but it's not real.

  • @Hard4321 I agree with you 1,000,000 percent..Its so obvious that this is fake...Thank you

  • @Hard4321 you're fake

  • hmm.. does anyone else notice that their training area appears to be a renovated cathedral??

  • Great video!! I got exhausted just watching him!!

  • the 50 dislikes are people who think that stuff is easy.

  • cirque du solei? ;D

  • chuck norris can do all these things without even moving :PP

  • No matter what you tell me you retard it is FAKE. The only retard is you for putting something as FAKE as this on You Tube. Go get a girlfriend or probably a boyfriend and stop putting this propaganda on line..Hows that for egg on your face?

  • @supwitchu100 You sound like a jealous F**K who is so insecure in his masculinity that he must degrade others in order to make himself feel better. There are actually people on this planet under 300 pounds (unlike you) and they can actually do something with there body besides roll downhill. Have a nice, long, lonely life while this guy gets laid every night.

  • @supwitchu100 Working out and gaining strength is propaganda now? Go to a Gym or better yet, go to an gymnastics gym and then see how much "propaganda" is there.

  • @MrVidyaGamez I grew up in a gymnastic family...I've seen plenty of strength training my whole life.. I know fake when I see it...Look at it very close..The whole video is done by computer annimation..

  • @supwitchu100 No no, it's ok, I've seen other posts you've made. You either try to just be a complete asshole to people or call everything you see "fake". You're a pretty obvious internet troll now so I wont even bother with you after this post. Have fun with being 10, hope you grow up some day.

  • @MrVidyaGamez Even a troll can see its Fake!!!! FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE!!!!!

  • @supwitchu100 its not fake, any decent male gymnast can do a flag and several can do all the feats seen here

  • this guys was a big hit at festivus!!!!

  • 0:25 ITS FAKE THE GIRLS ARE WALKING ON THE WALL

  • hmm so fish is bad too? pfah vegans are extreem I don't think not eating meat is normal

  • Pretty beasty,I have to train my weak body to do that.

  • Comment removed

  • This video should be called "Crazy Core Strength"

  • u sure do know how 2 do planche but planche makes u strong thats what b-boys 2 before the breakdance

  • that's not upper body strength he is using his whole body. most people cant do this stuff because they have a weak core. still this guy is insane

  • 2:21 I broke my arm just watching that

  • @MatthewGoodRox like what ? DID IT JUST POP OUT dammmmmmmnnnn dawg

  • @TheDslide haha yea ;)

  • spider man

  • damn. his lower body must feel like a bitch

  • 0:26 is awesome doing push up while ur in that state i cant even do it once,, or never in my life!!

  • He is small size human they should be able to do that, larger people cannot they can do alot of that but not as well, just like he cannot lift a car, there is a thing called physics, so please do not argue, football players are not in track and field and vice verse etc..

  • @MrBritdog2 Your wrong, Heavy people can do this with the right discipline. That is just an excuse. Look up D300. Peace

  • my back hurts just watching this stuff

  • tis more balance than strength

  • 50 people broke their back trying to even get a grip to do the human flag lolz!

  • how can i learn to do this kinda stuff?

  • @Yungstartrillent

    you can't

  • very impressive.

  • Said the fat man

  • Good music...haha, got me motivated to do some stuff now!

  • BEAUTIFUL.

  • w... t... f...

  • geezus!!!!!!

  • Jesus, how does one event start training to get to this point?

  • @tmoore121 I'm currently in the process of learning Capoeira and there are a lot of basic moves in it that can help build up to a level like this. Also Gymnastics, acrobatics and Parkour are some other choices. All of these styles really blend together well.

  • A 'body-builder' in the 'mr. universe' style could not do what you do because he would have too much body mass. I find this to be the most ideal way to develop the body in the most natural way. I wish I were 20 yrs younger so I could do this, maybe in my next life...

  • I am not impressed by this weak bullshit.

It doesn't compare to my awesome stats! :D

  • well its all just practice.. i can do 120 push ups in perfect form . all naturally ,i can do 55 continuesly dips in perfect form.. havent tried the human flag style yet.. i guess its practice that makes perfect . (im 15)

  • @cotsioslord008 well im 4 and i can do 150 perfect pushups, im not sure how many dips i can do but that's only because my training partner cant count past 1000

  • @Shahablo if u really think im kidding.... w8 until i put a video smartass :) u havent seen anything yet

  • Nothing too crazy to me ... Utilize proper form.

I'm young(only 13)and I can do 78 perfect form, diamond perfect pull ups from dead hang at 204lbs and 6'4", full range, no kipping and from dead hang, no stopping and no momentum, all natural. :P

  • @AndyHarglesis dude, im 8 and 6'10... i dont even know what diamond perfect pulls ups are but i can do 100 from dead hang and 350 lbs... no kipping and from dead hang. no stopping either. and all natural? psh. all i eat is water.

  • @Shahablo At least I'm honest though. :P

    I never lie. :P

  • @AndyHarglesis neither do I! This is youtube, you CAN'T lie here!

  • @Shahablo I never lie. :P

  • I was doing those same exact workouts last night!!!... Then I woke up =(

  • nice legs

  • Хер-ра себе!

  • after watching this you have two options

    1. realize your weak and start exercising immediately

    2. say good for him and go bake some brownies

    ...mmmm fudge

  • @kingdave7 lol

  • @kingdave7 Does it count if i just finished working out?

  • @kingdave7 these guys train harder than any Drugged up Powerlifter! and eat way Healthier, most of these guys are vegetarians ! and No 300lb Bodybuilder could ever do any of this!!

  • @5tonyvvvv being vegetarian does not mean you eat healthy

  • @ivoandsumi Eliminating Gluten, Dairy, and soy are the Healthiest Diets.

  • @ivoandsumi Yes it does, because all vegetables are healthy, meat is only good for high protein content, but nut have protein, and milk.

  • @WestcoastMusicals

Look at the macronutrients in nuts. You'll realize that the carb:protein:fat balance is approximately 1:1:2.5

You can debate that it's a healthier source of fats all you want, but if you're an individual who requires a high protein intake, being a vegetarian is not for you. You'd need to eat a significant amount of tofu in almost every meal to get your protein as high as you can without spiking caloric intake.

  • @SydMorrison I'm not vegearian, but the only meats I eat are poultry,or farm raised fish.

  • @kingdave7 i definitely just chose 1, did some pushups haha

  • @kingdave7

    LMAO!!!!

  • @kingdave7 Third options : Pretending he used cables.

  • @kingdave7 i choose option number 1

  • @kingdave7 LOL..

  • 1:53 how do you make this look so easy?

  • 2:47 mission impossible

  • ridiculous upper body strength!

  • my biggest mistake as a kid was not getting into gymnastics when my old man wanted me to. im strong n fit but this shit is crazy would love to be able to do it. Just my goals are completely different since i never have done gymnastics

  • @ChistaEnjoi Its never too late man

  • this is a gymnast, its what they do, lets stop comparing sports, it so cheap.

  • I don't understand why people are saying things like 'I bet a power lifter couldn't do this'. That is like saying 'I bet a swimmer couldn't beat a tennis player', or 'a runner couldn't beat a footballer'. They are all different disciplines with entirely different goals.

  • @Oretoasonjikure you are correct but it just goes to show that strength is relative and varied. there is no doubt at all that the guy(s) displayed here are very strong. a plifter typically trains for brute strength ie he/she will not merely train with bodyweight but use the maximum possible weights in their movements over the shortest rom allowable. these guys, just by their training would actually be stronger than the typical plifter in some muscles but not even in the same ball park in others.

  • @Oretoasonjikure Cause people are LOSERS and there jealous! these guys train harder than any Drugged up Powerlifter! and eat way Healthier, most of these guys are vegetarians ! and No 300lb Bodybuilder could ever do any of this!!

  • @Oretoasonjikure and i bet this guy wont bench 600pounds! :D but gj anyways

  • @blackenvega maybe not, but this guy shows functional strength. I bet the bench press person couldn't climb up a rope.

  • @Oretoasonjikure I would say that gymnasts & powerlifters do have a lot in common in a sense... both train for incredible strength & technical ability to succeed; they just use it in a different way. BUT I still agree w/ your point cause I know what you mean. In any case, I bet powerlifters COULD do this if they trained for it within a relatively short amount of time since they have an amazing base of strength to work off of already (and assuming they don't have a lot of excess body fat).

  • Each movement IS a function. Each exercise develops *1* function: Itself. Deadlifts MAY assist athletics more than curls, but ONLY if you practice the athletic skills. Best lifters, gymnasts, ballplayers, boxers, wrestlers, sprinters, bodybuilders, etc: Never the best on 2 activities on the list. Mariusz: World's strongest man: Mediocre fighter, M.Jordan: Greatest B-ball ever: Mediocre golfer. M.Tyson: Can't shoot a basket. Guys work at what they want to. No one else has to find value in it.

  • fuck gravity!

  • This is fake. You can tell at the beginning, the camera is rotated and the girls are actually running on the wall.

  • @troutphister Then why is her ponytail naturally swinging side to side?

  • @L0new0lf91 There are small motors attached to the ponytail.

  • @troutphister Who knows, it could be faked but it can also be done for real. If it was faked I think they probably filmed him with a camera on it's side and then superimposed to the chicks running. Asshole for using shitty film if it's real.

  • DIME QUE MUSICA USASTE POR FAVOR!!

  • just my casual morning workout..

  • this is real strength

  • Yea nice upper body but I bet you still cant bench 225...

  • Awesome video, just think about the grip strength it takes to do the rope drills.

  • alright wheres jean claude van damme in this???
