  • Common sence! Eat less you lose more fat .eat an apple or two to make you fill full and have an exercise for at least 20 min or more :)

    you dont know much about steroids do you.. they encourage testosterone production in the body which increases protein synthesis for faster recovery. it wont add more mass, but allow you to train a body part more often at higher intensity which means more growth. body builders who take it still work harder than 90% of people who go to the gym regularly. im not saying its good, but sounds like you dont know how it works. only trying to help

  • I only disagree with one thing. The complete avoidance of junk food. Honestly, you don't need to give up junk food entirely (but liquor you do, that's just right out bad for you). You just need to eat it in moderation, just like EVERYTHING ELSE. If you eat too much of anything, you'll gain weight. Other than that, great tips! :)

  • @LAZrailkapinda thats what everyone thinks but if you are creative its not bad tasting at all :) i excercise regularly and eat things like tuna pasta, spaghetti, pasta bakes, chicken salads, corned beef and potato pie, tuna and noodles, flavoured rice with meat, i add honey and or fruit to my breakfast insted of sugar, just be creative and excercise as long as you do its ok to have a treat once in a while :)

I actually have abs like that... well not Like that but pretty good abs and I got it in 3 month of exercises... is hard like hell cause the training is dope... but u can have something like that in 6 month. Of course if you are obese will take u more time, cause is more fat to burn.

  • I guess if you worked out after (but not immediately after) eating the fatty foods, then you could counteract it.

  • You can eat all those fatty foods, but to lose weight you need to work it off.

    The 'equation' for losing weight is pretty simple really. If you lose (through exercise) more calories than you gain in a day you will be losing weight.
