I saw Alter Bridge in November 2007 in Spokane for Myles's homecoming show. Got to be one of the best shows i've ever been to. His family was in venue, he was noticing guys in the crowd he went to high school with. His version of hallelujah he played blew me away. what a voice. and i love how Mark mouths his guitar solos. Makes me smile
Myles will be singing with Slash this spring and summer after he gets done with AB3. Myles will also have a song on Slash's new album . Song named "Starlight" Slash laid down a solo on Myles' upcoming album. I believe the lyrics you quoted were written by Tremonti. MK for the MFW

okay Stapp vs kennedy lemme give it to you straight. Kennedy has a better voice, and alter bridge rocked more than creed ever could. somehow even tremonti put more muscle into the alter bridge albums. BUT kennedy can't write songs, and scott stapp can. He wrote spiritual stuff, you might find that gay, but at least he could express himself well. "Discover the dusk of your day has reached its dawn" (Kennedy), seriously? Neither Stapp or Myles has a great live performances. Stapp has a unique voice but Myles is way better. Also Alter Bridge is a better band than Creed, but Creed has that something that Alter Bridge will never have. That's the reason why Creed had a special effect on people and sold more cds than Alter Bridge.

I liked Creed back in the day but Alter Bridge is WAY better. Scott Stapp will never be able to stand up to Myles Kennedy's unbelievable voice. Not to mention, Myles is an amazing guitarist. He and Tremonti make a great combination. Tremonti is one of my favorite guitarists; he's freakin' awesome! So Alter Bridge just doubles the awesome with Myles playing guitar as well as singing. I'm hoping the Creed reunion was a one time thing. Otherwise it's just wasting time between Alter Bridge albums

Most people are more likely to know the lead singer of a band and buy his record than the other musicians'. Myles enters the studio this week in Vancouver to released later this year digitally than the cd early next year. He also will be working with AB at the end of Nov to finish the writing process For AB3. AB will be in the studio at the end of Jan to begin recording. Unfortunately in March Creed begins a Spring tour, however, Myles will be touring his new stuff maybe with some other musians. Myles did an accoustic show Sat at Bofest now up on utube. Excellent stuff.
creed and alter bridge will be cooexisting. when one band is working, the singer from the other will be working on solo material. i was @ a creed concert, mark said it himself

Myles will be singing with Slash this spring and summer after he gets done with AB3. Myles will also have a song on Slash's new album . Song named "Starlight" Slash laid down a solo on Myles' upcoming album. I believe the lyrics you quoted were written by Tremonti. MK for the MFW

okay Stapp vs kennedy lemme give it to you straight. Kennedy has a better voice, and alter bridge rocked more than creed ever could. somehow even tremonti put more muscle into the alter bridge albums. BUT kennedy can't write songs, and scott stapp can. He wrote spiritual stuff, you might find that gay, but at least he could express himself well. "Discover the dusk of your day has reached its dawn" (Kennedy), seriously? Kennedy has no poetry in him, therefore Stapp FTW, Myles going solo = fail.

Neither Stapp or Myles has a great live performances. Stapp has a unique voice but Myles is way better. Also Alter Bridge is a better band than Creed, but Creed has that something that Alter Bridge will never have. That's the reason why Creed had a special effect on people and sold more cds than Alter Bridge.

I liked Creed back in the day but Alter Bridge is WAY better. Scott Stapp will never be able to stand up to Myles Kennedy's unbelievable voice. Not to mention, Myles is an amazing guitarist. He and Tremonti make a great combination. Tremonti is one of my favorite guitarists; he's freakin' awesome! So Alter Bridge just doubles the awesome with Myles playing guitar as well as singing. I'm hoping the Creed reunion was a one time thing. Otherwise it's just wasting time between Alter Bridge albums

@kobebryanttheking24 Well, it's no wonder Scott Stapp outsold the first AB record. Even though Tremonti was an equal creative force in Creed, Stapp got established as the face of Creed. Most people are more likely to know the lead singer of a band and buy his record than the other musicians'. Besides, crap like Justin Beiber and Hannah Montana is outrageously popular in America, so record sales don't really mean much about who the better band is. The quality of the music is what matters.

Great lyrics nice riffs and amazing live attitute !(and i think that tremonti is not a Good guitarist!) but that's my oppinion !

Myles enters the studio this week in Vancouver to released later this year digitally than the cd early next year. He also will be working with AB at the end of Nov to finish the writing process For AB3. AB will be in the studio at the end of Jan to begin recording. Unfortunately in March Creed begins a Spring tour, however, Myles will be touring his new stuff maybe with some other musians. Myles did an accoustic show Sat at Bofest now up on utube. Excellent stuff.
