  • beer companys should sponsor this guy its awsome advertising

  • I can make it too you tard

  • luv da hat

  • true hick

  • Ok own up guys...how many of you didn't get further than the FHM magazine shot?

  • Comment removed

  • hey would this catch bream?

  • Can i sell mine that i make

  • will the COLT 45 or the OLDE ENGLISH caps catch me more black bass -_-

  • nice hat lol!

  • do these work for pike cuz that would be great also have u ever tried putting little spinners or fake eyeballs on them. also wat stores can i get them at when i live in southern ontario canada

  • love using these catch carp crappie and all kinda bass

  • you won't continue to sell them for $5, the demand just isn't there after the novelty wears off. your best bet is trying to sell the idea to a major company, get your lump sum payment and call it a day.

  • i hook on a little flasher thing like on spinner baits and it works well

  • U cant sue me if i make it and use myself anyway. im too lazy though. but $5 is waaay too expensive for bottlecap lures. I can get a pack of Yum Dingers that can catch more fish than ur bottle cap.

  • i just make my own then...-.-

  • Nice to watch the original - too many copies of this trick on YouTube. Thanks.

  • why buy them when you can make you're own both look and be desame?

  • How did u get sponsored by Kokanee

  • sorry bout my last post on older video but you have some kinks to work out in your lures they are okay but need some tuning

  • ummm numbnuts, does this shit work? that's what we want to know.

  • nice hat dude

  • You do know that we could make them, and just not sell them... It's like little hook holders that get patented, we could make them. We just can't sell them, not to mention we could add one different feature and it would be our own. Let's say, a little feather coming by the hook, it wouldn't be covered by your patent. As patents cover inventions, not ideas, so the invention is a cap with a hook and a ring on it, add a feather and it's a different invention.

  • People are fucking haters yo! Stop actin like little bitches just bc this man had a great successful idea before you did. I know I wish I could've made these. Nice work man

  • @TheNiqqers We arent hating because he has a great successful idea, we dislike it because it cost freaking 5 bucks for 1. There are plenty of fish catching lures better than this one out there for less than 5 bucks.

  • just think, you could have previously owned one of those caps!

  • cool

  • i think that's a great idea!

  • - hmm i like your idea, i tryed and i got positive !

    - hmmm ... want something new? i dont know if you did, but, try to put 2 or 3 beer caps, im gonna try 2 :DD

  • Everyone relax. This man has taken something that would have other wise been waste filling up landfills, and turned it into a brilliant idea that seems to be quite lucrative. You think that us Americans are so much better by selling things like the Snuggie? You need to have a little more respect and humility. Your just jealous you didn't think of this first. I know I'm jealous but still...great idea and maybe one day, I too will have a great idea. Good luck BottleCapLureGuy!

  • Hahaha.... I'm amazed you managed to obtain a patent for this. I would love to see the claims form, I can't really see how there is anything novel about this "invention". Got to take my hat off to whoever managed to get this through the system though...

  • Would this still work good if you only used a single hook?

  • its catches fish?

  • Thanks for not including the part where you had sex with another man in the background!!!

  • @brookie285 Why are you so mad?

  • fuk that lure...lol...works my ass it works if there is 100tons of fish in a small little lake....it sucks...id rader rat-l-trap or rooster tail

  • one of the coolest lure innovations i've seen are glass blown lures that imitate quid for marlin - I think blown glass could catch on for smaller lures too, check em out

  • If this costs more than $1.50 i'll pass thanks. I could make it myself for less than 20 cents

  • You make them for me then and I will pay you. Put your money and time where your mouth is. I cant even order the components for that. I use quality.

  • @BottleCapLureGuy

Go back to the Bar you drunk-ass mutherfucker.

  • @BottleCapLureGuy you guys are a real douche when commenting peoples comments. just an fyi...

  • @BottleCapLureGuy Honestly, you didn't invent this lure. My grandfather used these kind of lures 30 years ago, and I've been making them for 10 years myself. I will admit it's kinda cool that you patented them. Personally, I make mine with a much larger treble, and usually dress them with bucktail. Try a Corona cap with a #4 nickel plated treble tied with blue and white bucktail. They look fabulous and catch the heck out of fish!!!

  • @BottleCapLureGuy Plus you have to use the supply + demand technique. As demand goes up supply goes down and to control it you have to hike up prices to keep them both pretty much equal. So the more expensive the lure, the more popular that lure prob is. for example the bottle cap lure. MEANING IT WORKS! lol I know i tried it...

  • good commerical to beer

  • nudwiser , budlight, budhole

  • nice beer hat

  • nice beer hat love it

  • i was thinking of putting power bait in the middle

  • That is what i do Trevor

  • @trevor55757 i would do that to

  • i like them

  • sure does. They like the bright colors go to rednecklure . com

  • does this work for largemouth bass? if so wats the best color?

  • Yes it does very well. Best color is gold & silver. Green & Orange work good too!

  • why not just make your own?

  • You can try if you want. We do them professionally. You can make your own just dont get caught selling them. Our legal department is going to be dealing with some copycats already. I hold the patent and trade marks.

  • @BottleCapLureGuy

How professional do you need to get to bend the bottle cap and put a hook on it???

  • @doesitmatter1204 have to be 21 atl;east to buy beer : 3

  • @BottleCapLureGuy What legal department? ...you live with momma...

  • Big changes are to come!!!

  • watch my other video CTV News recorded me live catching fish

  • Funny - We used to catch trout years ago on the bottom 1/2 of old ball point pens. These will work fine - if the lure is the righht size and moves right the fish will grab them alright.............

  • are those topwater lures?

  • love the hat!!

  • thanks

  • These are quite possibly the coolest lures I have ever seen.

  • does anyone know if these are any good for trout

  • yes very well have a look at my website

  • i make my own,but still these are really cool

  • i swear that chick got the sexiest tits in the world lol

  • nice freaking hat dude

  • i want a coors light one

  • Can they be used for Saltwater too?

  • lol fhm

  • That's cool but I'm pretty sure that if u caught a big fish the bottle cap would extend to it's limit. Think of ur line or maybe ring, under pressure that's gonna rip it apart slowly as the fish fights.

  • hey i made on exactly like this! made out of bud and and some green cap.my dad said if i could catch a fish on it, i get ten bucks! still havent won the bet but hey i only used it once!

  • on a scale of 1 to 10 how well do they work for pike

  • your hat....is fucking awesome

  • do u make spinners with them too?

  • How the hell u make money from this people would be stupid to buy these when u can just make your own

  • you are the king...

  • can i use it to saltwater??

  • The recycling you're getting from using the caps are still wasted with all the plastic you use. It s*cks, cool idea thought.

  • This is so cool. I saw in the vid that somebody caught a trout with a bud beer cap. I do some fishing at the wharf so do you think I can use these beer caps for catching saltwater fishes? In my experience, saltwater fishes are smarter than freshwater ones and prefer live baits. What do you think sir? Have you heard of somebody using it for sea fishing? Thanks...

  • Yes they have also been known to catch salt water fish too. I have personally caught Salmon

  • @BottleCapLureGuy yeah thats probably on the stream or river ..ect.. but how bout if your on a boat??

  • @BottleCapLureGuy nice freaking hat dude

  • great idea!

  • does anyone know if these work, or if youve caught something on one. Also if u know a vid or site thats shows how to make lures, msg me pls

  • how much you charge. I could make one for about 25cents.

  • Go ahead and try. I can give you the address to order the packaging too. Not also the custom printing there is a minimum charge and min quantity. So if you think so. Maybe I should licence you and buy them from you. I will pay you $1.50 each. That would be cheap guy. Put your money where you mouth is. I hold the Patent. I will pay you.

  • @BottleCapLureGuy

Can I work for you? Im a proven beer drinking warrior lol ill have a couple hundred caps on a good weekend with me and a some of my friends. My liver hates me haha

  • @BottleCapLureGuy

Get off your fucking high horse.

  • :D i made one, looks great if im honest. hard work makin them tho lol tight lines (:

  • Yeah I have a special machine now. It was too hard on the hands.

  • @BottleCapLureGuy lol i use plyers now

  • you should make jointed lures by taking 1 putting a split ring on the back of it then connecting it t another to give it more action.......just a suggestion

  • try cathing them with the des taylor pocket rocket combo by grandeslam uk

  • 0:17 is my favorite part

  • you canadian's i am so jealous but should you use bate for them and if so what kind

  • NOW THATS GOING GREEN!

  • Thanks . You should see the news stories. I have 3 videos

  • love your hat plz make a vid on how to make it

  • you dont have lone star beer

  • I've tried to make some of these lures by myself and I haven't been able to give them any swiming action neither any wobbling.

I've used 3 steel balls and 3 lead balls. Perhaps the secret lies in that the Guy puts Tungsten balls in the inside of the lure. Tungsten is far mor dense than lead or steel but is a very expensive material.

  • ya L. Blue I like to see that

  • hello my name is jack i watched your videos on these lures and your a genius and i love it! i wana get one but i aint in your country :(

  • Use the internets.

  • I drop ship world wide.

  • We ship world wide

  • do these work?

  • hey! im from holland and i used these to catch monstrous perch and sometimes even pike, i just reel in the lure and lift up my rod tip so the lure gets some action.

i get the most bites while the lure is sinking.

  • send us a photo

  • sure do

  • that is awsome

  • ya i make my own lures and catch sweet bass, i didnt have a camera last summer but i will be recording my fishing this year, so go watch my videos on how to make lures, REALLY CHEAP! and i will make fishing vids soon!

  • same its easy to make cheap and its really fun

  • can i get them in california

    and where?

  • really cool idea! i might try one someday.

  • nice hat man and nice idea

  • No I owned a fishing shop here in Calgary. I used to guide the Bow River Fly Fishing. I was in my shop making some spinners and left my hooks out. I tossed a bent beer cap over onto the desk. It landed with the end touching a hook. I laughed and make my first bottle cap lure.

  • yeah i tried one maybe i just didnt use the right color but it seems to have little to no action do you jerk it or what?

  • Yes jerk them in the water and let them sink now and then. I sell six packs because of the many colors.

  • how in the hell did u come up with that? did u go fishing and just happen to look at your beer b4 u threw it away? really creative and interesting idea. i might try one

  • Cleaver idea.

Wouldn't you need to bend the tail part more so it would wangle in the water mimicing swimming, though? Or does it already do that?

  • Now those are really cool.

  • are they eany good?

  • that was pretty cool.

  • you can put bait in it too

  • BUDWISER FOR ME!
