  • Okay so i've done everything perfectly up to the point where you connect to the disk, my problem is anytoISO doesn't create an ISO file instead it creates a folder called darwin_snow_extracted, also my darwinsnow isn't a dmg file, it's already an ISO, thanks.

  • I am from norway lol

  • All went fine with the installation until i got to the part with the resolution. I just couldn't get it to work. But with a little help from Google, i found out that you have to save your file and then drag it back, replacing the old file you had in the /SystemConfiguration folder. Think you forgot to mention that in the video. Anyway, great guide!

  • I cant run this on a quad core atom can i?

  • hey men you know, why is very slow?, i have a i7 and 4gb of ram, this works but very slow :/

  • @MachinimasVPC You did something wrong.

  • I do everything, but when i back up with the Darwin, it says ''operating system not found'', Am I missing something?

  • ok I foloowed everything now, I can't use the internet and it doesn't detect usb devices

  • After I start the virtual install using darwinsnow, and then switch the settings to snowleopard iso and hit connect, once i tell it to boot using option C, it gives me this error:

    Loading Darwin/x86

Invalid front-side bus frequency 66000000 Hz.

    Disabling the CPU...

I have an intel pentium dual core and I did my research like you said and found out that it IS compatible and does do virtualization.... but what's with the above error? Do you know how to get around that?

    Thanks. :)

  • Virtualization Technology is enabled in my BIOS, I do have a compatible Processor, Intel Core i7 2630QM . I gave it 2 physical cores, and 2 threads each core, and I gave it 3GB of RAM. But when I click "power on" I get; "Mac OS X is not supported with software virtualization. To run Mac OS X you need a host on which VMware Workstation supports hardware virtualization." HELPPPPP

  • what if you only have qb of ram and only a duo processor and not all those cores lol

  • Is it possible to get a dual boot with this on my laptop ? Mac OSX and Windows 7 ?

  • @NelissenB Yes. It is called Hackintosh and I had it on my Laptop for awhile. But remember, a Hackintosh is extremely fragile and will take a very long time to master.

  • @NelissenB yes but your coputer might break

  • @NelissenB yes i am doing it aswell just make sure after the installation once it boots up into windows again it install easy bcd and add another entry

  • is it possible to do this on a netbook with 2GB RAM and Intel Atom N450?

  • What do you think about upgrading..Nervous to try..

  • When I get to the point of actually trying to boot from the converted dmg (now in iso), I get an error after connecting it (Do you really want to boot using this CD (probably won't work)?)

What would be the cause of this?>

  • hey i just did everything but the sound doesnt work on it... any ideas?

  • Ok, I did everything just right but when I got to the part to where it is time for the Installation process to begin, I get this error message that says "A Virtual CPU has entered the Shutdown State. This would have caused a physical machine to restart. This can be caused by an incorrect configuration of the virtual machine, a bug in the operating system or a problem in the VMware Workstation software. Press OK to restart the virtual machine or Cancel to power off the virtual machine." Now what?

  • @Jouri21 did you ever fix that problem?

  • @WEEDTHEHABIT No man I didn't, thats why I wish someone would help me out and answer this for me...

  • @Jouri21 dude....were u able to crack it?

  • How do you update software up to 10.6.7?

  • What do you change in the Bios???

  • I am having trouble getting the crack serial numbers. My virus protection isn't letting me have that kegen.exe on my system, I can't run it...

  • @Finalfantasypianos14 The torrent I provided came with a text file with the keys. There is no Keygen. Stop being a moron.

  • @xTRICKYxx The torrent you provided does have a keygen!

@Finalfantasypianos14 Just disable your real time protection tool and extract the serial and you're ready to go!

  • i cant find that to continue with the mac osx

  • snowleopard_,.... <---- 13:55 at the video i cant find that

  • @31Dimitar What?

  • @xTRICKYxx I do everything, but when i startup after i added the converted .iso it says ''operating system not found'' help!

  • Your damn skype alerts made me check skype each time.

  • so this is basically a fully working OS X on a windows machine?

  • @ig0tlarg3wang Its a VM.

  • @xTRICKYxx Could you please explain little what i VM is?

Will i be able to run Xcode 4 on it?

  • @editorstefan Google what a Virtual Machine is.

  • @xTRICKYxx how do we disable?

  • @Bblzjone67 disable what?

  • @xTRICKYxx the mac look and go back to windows?

  • This is the first video tutorial I have ever EVER seen on youtube which the person is not a total idiot and does not type (with lots of mistakes) all the steps. Well done sir, very nice.

  • Nice Video. Thanks...

Got it to run on AMD Turion Dual Core using the darwin legacy bootloader

  • soo.. now can i run Mac OS X programs with this ""fake"" mac?

  • @apollopiloot How in the hell is this 'Fake'?

Go look up what a VM is.

  • @AT224longboard if your processor supports virtualization, it has the option on your BIOS.

  • mac osex???

  • @AT224longboard F5 enters your Bios. Your processor supports it. Look again. No idea why you posed your GPU and HDD.

  • @iiSnitch No. YOU ENABLE IT.
