    Quick question: If a non-circumvent is in place, wouldn't it be unethical to go around that agreement to take the buyer? If I'm going to partner with another wholesaler (I produce the buyer) I send them a Flex-Option & Non-Circumvent/Non-Disclosure. Am I just being naive to think that my partners would honor this agreement?

    Anyway, Love your stuff. You're the man!

  • @thesocalwholesaler I normally don't get that detailed with docs but you have to do what you are comfortable with

  • We use a Non-circumvention agreement with every wholesaler we work with, that way our buyer and seller stays ours and vice-versa.

  • @guitardrummer87 You definitely have to control the transaction and using a non-circumvention agreement works.
