I used it with a Ps3 recently and a HDMI>DVI adapter. Worked fine! I also use it on my HD Cablebox. It's also perfect looking 1080i, it stretch it to 16:9 format instead of 16:10 but it's un-noticable!
Yes but has i said you will need some HDMI to DVI adapter. Because this monitor has no HDMI slot. But chek for the newer models, they might have that for the same price!
i have the same monitor and i was wondering at the top of it wen u have it on say a a word doc so that there is mostly white or some other bright color, is there a black line that makes the top of the screen seem uneven to where the right side looks bent a bit?
NICE! But are those white lines popping trough on 1:00-1:03? I heard of some issues... I am really worried cause I am planing to get one next month. (i'm now on an LG L1932P 19")
I have the 245BW right now. It looks awesome for computer stuff. The only issue I have with it is playing my xbox. I bought the 24" inch model specifically so I could play in 1080p, but for some reason instead of stretching the image slightly there are a bunch of horizontal lines that look really bad. I had to tune it down and play at 720p res which still looks good. But like I said if you plan on using it for a computer monitor it looks and works great. Best price I found: Sam's Club $400.
Well I was planing to get a 360 instead of an HD3870x2 but what if you use it on 1080i? OH and i live in Greece and the best price was 407 euro... yeah kinda sucks in comparison
xbox 360 is pretty sweet! I don't exactly know what res 1080i is. If you use xbox 360 through this monitor, you need some kind of HDMI-DVI conversion. Then you have a list of resolutions to choose from instead of 480i, 720p, 1080i, etc... The best resolution I found for this monitor is about 1366 x 768 which is 720p I think. Anything bigger has lines present or gets stretched funny cause it has different aspect ratios. But it does look really nice on that res. Hope this helps!
Yes i have a blue bar on the bottom, but if i drop my head to view it 0 degree, it disapear, so it's all in the angle you're viewing the screen... i don't think it's worth the return, thos if you want to be sure and are not scared to get a deadpixel unit, go on!
see i got the the lcd bleed through on all four sides it not noticeable at all when in normal use but if i watch a movie in that was shot in the a big panoramic view the bleed through is very noticeable on the back bars.

i have the same monitor and i was wondering at the top of it wen u have it on say a a word doc so that there is mostly white or some other bright color, is there a black line that makes the top of the screen seem uneven to where the right side looks bent a bit?

The only reasons for me to get a 360 are 10 games... 1080i is 1920x1080@30Hz and 1080p is the same BUT at 60Hz or something like that..
But most games don't allow 1080p or i so IDK..

I just bought one this weekend at Sam's Club for $400 and it plays my ps3 games in 1080p no problem, no stretching or lines!
