"Steve" first time appearence was in Borderlands: Claptrap Web Series ep.1 it was a joke of dev diaries what devs didnt first knew was how much people loved steve and for his HEEYOO that really makes anyone laugh

also in these new dlcs steve has made an appearence in this dlc zombie island of doctor zed or ned he shows up in there 2 recordings and you can tell its him by his HEYOO

the 3rd dlc ofgeneral knox he makes a new appearence has Mini Steve and get to fight him
