I think the plump one is a female. I read that the males have skinny middles and the females are the plump ones. She looks very healthy to me. I read that frozen blood worms are the best food for them (not freeze dried though as it may cause constipation!). Your video is really nice. I should take more time and get mine in focus!
@simplesuehughes I feed mine frozen bloodworm as you get a lot more for your money than live and they don't seem to care much either way especially if you have a filter that creates a bit of movement. I just put the frozen cube into a bit of warm water until it's broken up
What type of food do you feed your ADF? I like to know. All I fed mine, were live blood worms. So, it made it a pain to go on vacation. I had to take them with me everywhere. I bred my own ADFs. The very last one before it died, lived to be seven years. BTW your aquarium colors are very beautiful. Nice camera work too.
nah she doesn't have dropsy she just hogs all the food. she's been in that shape for a while and hasn't really changed since then. just an obese froggy

@pelucitadered HBH frog pellets. the kinds that sink to the bottom. you can get it at any generic pet store. the frogs love them.

@TheMejose56 the chunkier one is a female, you can tell by the protruding part between her legs, and they get chunkier than the males.
