Its heart touching though I am a Rajasthani!!I have spent my childhood vacations at my native place and now I miss all those moments which I cherished among Rabari's,their life is hard but wonderful and I am happy that I learnt the art of living from them by just observing their lives!!
Hello, Nice, Very Nice video, one of my friend is also Rabari, he well explained me about them. And by the way please, can anyoone tell me which is this background song. How it is called ?
Hi . The video is really nice and I can see that a lot of effort has been put into it. The only flaw lies in the write up. I see that the word 'tribe' has been used time and again. For the record the people of kutch are not tribals they are nomads.
Hey its no for sure that they cam from afghanistan this is not very likely the most likely they are sindh because my mother is rabari and my father is sindhi i speak proper kutchi born in the UK. However i have spoke to my mother and as far as she can remember they orginated from sindh or kutch there is no archeological evidence they came from afghanistan
@KrisDesai its great that after moving to the USA and places like the UK we have kept our own culture. These Indians who are still is India seem to want to, with great shame, to quick to forget their own culture and to quick to embrace the western way of life especially those of the USA and UK
Thnxs Mitchell, I am a Rabari myself, and I miss the down to earth Rabari lifestyle; Words r not enough to express my thnxs for immortalizing the Rabari. I am sure that this Pics must be taken in either Kutch or Surendranagar District of Gujarat.
its great to know things about the myriad of peoples inhabiting this incredible planet. you have a remarkable collection of videos i look forward to learning from!
@someonewhocansee I am galds to see this sort of video here. I love Indian culture and music but its a great shame that Indian generally are to quick to forget their own culture and to quick to embrace the western way of life especially those of the USA.
@purespirit9 I love Indian culture and music but its a great shame that Indian generally are to quick to forget their own culture and to quick to embrace the western way of life especially those of the USA.
@IndiaCobra You sound like a person who don't appreciate the goodness being said about these people in video, I wonder if your one of those who treat them as outsiders when they come to your villiage or UK? I don't think you know the Indians well enough in the USA to critisize them the way you just did. They embrace their culture just as Indians in India do and yes they are influenced into the western world as are the indians from India. Don't be to quick to judge as you sound ignorant.
@purespirit9 You can’t be that ignorant to miss read what I am saying. I did am not criticizing those Indian in the USA or the UK. In fact what I said was that those in the UK and the USA provably love their Indian culture more than those in India. Why would I treat anyone differently or as outsiders if they showed no ill feel toward me? I my self is married to a Rabaran and do know how to hold my culture even more then those in India, not because I am married to a Rabaran
@IndiaCobra Excuse me I am not ignorant! So okay we weren't on the same page but I guess i read it wrong but thanks for explaining the subject, makes sense now. Sorry about that indiaCobra. lol
@IndiaCobra I thought you was referring to the Native American Indians of USA, so that was where i went wrong with the comment. Anyway I think the Indians of India here in the USA like the convenience of USA life and are driven to earn money so yes i guess they do embrace it because they like it. Some do return to India I think and others continue to stay. The world spins with change and it effects culture. Look into the future, another century will our way of culture still exist? We all wonder.
i just finished watching your Video and was moved to tears! My parents are Rabari and moved to the US over 30 years ago and even though I was born and raised here in the US and have been to India many times it still amazes me seeing Rabaris in the very tradional clothing and simple lifestyles which is changing as younger generations are being educated and opt for more western clothing. What part of India were picturs taken and did you take them? Thank you again!
Thank you Mohammad for taking the time to watch and comment .. the Rabaris are an interesting people as a whole .. a very unique people in their trade and dress code .. they stand out visibly in the Indian continent
thank you for beautiful and sensational video clips from India, It reminds me when I was in India and I was seeing these shepards with their beautiful outfils . thank you for your nice sharing.
thanks to publish this pics.nice to see it,but information that you wrote it was true but not now, they are also changed a lot.especially desi rabaris i know.anyway good to see them here, but i thinks you could put some nice pics insist of only to show them poor only.
Thank you for taking the time to watch .. my intention was not to show them as poor, rather show them the way they are .. in their habitat .. doing what they have been doing for hundreds of years.
Did you take these photos yourself? The people look very caucasion. They seem untouched by the influence of the Muslims plunderings and British raids.
No I didn't .. but you just contradicted yourself in less than 4 minutes:) First you say they remind you of Jesus ... then you say they look very Caucasian ... Jesus wasn't Caucasion .. Jesus was a Semite.
SalaamAlaikum, Thanks for the beautiful video, MASHALLAH. The pictures are very admirable ,they hold a story in themself and they don't need to be explained,
thanks alot verry nice weird tho i can see them as arabs more than indian weird world heheheheeheheehe i hope they have a program for them to stay for another 100 years as i c not to many young

I like your videos! There are so many beautiful people and cultures in the world living in peace. Maybe more exposure to other cultures will soften hearts and change minds. It's a shame that the Nazi Zionist movement has hijacked a once great super power for the purpose of death and destruction. If the rest of the international community were to form a coalition; they could stop this senselessness . We must find ways and means to damage Nazi Israel on all fronts. A concerted effort by the people
