I'm currently promoting the vocaloids in my university here in Philippines and I think of using Riza's voice in the song "Ako ay Pilipino" on my project...

It's a miracle that 73% of the students in my institute agreed of using vocaloid as another subject in teaching multimedia arts...

It has some stuff that is directly lifted from Malay, so you should be able to get the gist of some of the lyrics. Failing that, I'll be more than happy to explain or translate for you.

tldr; I'm asking for extra octaves for Kenta as his voice shrillls at higher octaves, and everyone I showed it to points that out.

Kenta and Riza sound...a little too robotic in this video, but it's okay I guess.

So you used the Western Vocaloids? Cool. Though as far as I know, Prima is the only one who could do a rolled R sound that Filipinos use. Or was I wrong?

Riza wasn't buffed that much due to the other outstanding problems, so the current voice you hear is a placeholder. Plus she also has timing problems that I need to fix.

I am requesting other octave versions of Kenta's voice because he shrills in higher octaves, as you've probably heard.

There's plenty of things to fix in the melody alone, the voices is another matter, though most renders for the chorus voices were done right in the first time. Whew.

is Kenta chikune a regular UTAU, a Polygloid UG, or part of another UTAU projec (PSS,SRS, US, etc...)???

He's an independent UTAUloid, though he (masterchichan) now gets production guidance from me.
