Dumbell press is way better because you build stablizers everyone is all OH WHATS YOUR MAX BENCH i ask what there max dumbell press is because its way more important.
yo I got a question, it's really hard for me t do shoulder/tricep workouts @ home & to be honest whenever I do should or triceps I don't really feel like it's a workout, not that it's to light weight or anything, it's just pointless feeling but idk so I need an opinion on that. And also, when I bench press I wobble the bar around even with light weight, is that weird or normal? plz respond
Hi Paul. Love the vids and I'm hoping for some little advice...I have tried doing routines before but I can never stick to them because I end up missing a day or two. That is mostly because of lack of motivation and energy. Other then good quality sleep, what else could I do just give me that motivation and energy to go everyday. Thanks.
@wyciskTV as you know you actually dont need fancy equipment, the smith machine is nice but i could easily handle just one set of interchangable dumbells and a becnch, and that would do me everything I need, and kettle bells are good as well, not my thing, but used properly will work
@Allmaxuk Yea, mate I know that, but the gym you own is really impressive and I love the way you designed it with lots of sunlight coming in. Have fun working out and much success in gaining muscle!
John in California: Great tips and vids Paul. Thought I had good entensity before, but cutting back to 30sec between sets kicked my a**! Please keep the vids coming. Thanks.
@TheJohn3333 Hey John, California wow, a place I always wanted to go and train venice beach, sounds great but probably the reality is not as good lol, yeah intensity is king, too many people just rest and lose the pump, so go for it

Wow, nice gym, mate. Compared to my single piece of equipment which is a 32kg kettlebell...
