  • shit the japanese people are really fucking damned amazing instead a guitar

  • really nice man!!!!

  • Ofcourse he's Japanese -_-

  • hello, after hundreds times of listening those 2 minuts im still impressed about your performance. It awakes lots of emotions in me, altough i can memorize it by full, but there are that much of notes you consider everytime you hear it.

In my opinion you can make a lot of money if you find a label for your musik.

If you already have one and i dont know it, pls let me know i want to buy you musik and hear it all day long!

Best regards and best wishes for your further career.

  • Asians can do everything....

  • One of the best performances i have ever seen....completly breathless...

  • You're fuckin' awesome . Its like a dream fo me to play like u do.

  • You're fucken awesome. Its like a dream to paly like u bro.

  • Meh. Michael Hedges was doing this 30 years ago.

  • @jspartacus Your point being?

  • Heart + technique = This

  • how do you dislike this............

  • Amazing stuff!

  • Very impressive. I wonder what drives a man to play like this in the first place.

  • NIIIIICE

  • what's the name of this piece? anyone?

  • @daggenhurst Chandler

  • Oops typo i meant HOLY not HOKY

  • Hoky shit that was awesome!

  • wow coolll

  • I got a hard on from part 0:00 to 1:54... just saying

  • What beautiful and accomplished hands, and a great piece. Unfortunatey though this technique seems to confine the music pretty much to one chord or at least a very dominant tonality. Still, it's a joy to hear.

  • this was pure awesome dude. do you write music?

  • thats pretty in the same vein of justin king music

  • YEAH!!!

  • What tuning is this?

  • @InferiorFla it´s in Open D (DADF#AD)

  • This kind of compositions happen once in 10 years.

  • AMAZING!

  • @The000Roy discipline is the word :)

  • no i dont beliv

  • surreal music.. woot

  • how pretty.... wish i could play like that... sigh...

  • To all of you who are hating on this guy's style of playing : Make a song half this good and then talk. I gauruntee you it's not easy because I play alot of guitar tapping and the way he was doing it is completely different from what I play and looks a lot harder and alot more complex. So until you upload a better video, fuck off!

  • @marnielovesuperman Too fast? You never heard of tempo? That's only 130 bpm, that's not at all fast.

  • it's too fast there's no emotion in the song looks like he wants to show that he play fast, i don't judge ... he's a great guitar player but it's really too fast

  • Comment removed

  • @marinelovesuperman

    "I don't judge"

    "It's too fast"

I presume you are not familiar with the definition of judgment.

  • @marinelovesuperman

No emotion? Are you fucking kidding me?

  • @marinelovesuperman Too fast? That's the tempo he wanted his song in, asshole. It sounds amazing. Let's see you upload anything half as good. No emotion? What do you want him to cry in the middle of the song?! How can you judge someone and then say "I don't judge" I guess you're just an all around idiot. Especially when it comes to music.

  • @marinelovesuperman asian s dont show off . and he s freaking awesome , if he played it slower it probably wouldnt sound this good

  • jizzing my pants so much right now

  • i've never saw sometihng like this , it's amazing !!

  • is that a tanglewood discovery?

  • hella sick

  • hella sick

  • reminds me of Miyavi... though this guy's an amateur and Miyavi is badass. =)

  • @Setres09 sorry, i love miyavi. but this guy makes miyavi look like greenday...

  • @dbspaceoditty lol... different opinions. It's all good. =) Have you seen this though?

    /watch?v=-iL2Vg9qiPg

I don't think Miyavi sings worth a crap but he is an amazing guitarist.

  • @Setres09 i looked up the tabs to the majority of his songs. its all mutes. open notes and harmonics,,,,im not saying he isnt talented. he just plays really simple stuff really fast..? idk. but i do enjoy listening and this is a good song

  • @dbspaceoditty

LOL I know NOTHING about guitar. =) I will admit that freely. So if you say that this guy is better based on what he plays and not how fast, I shall believe you. You sound like you know what you're talking about. =)

Me? I sing and play piano, violin, etc. No guitar. =)

  • @dbspaceoditty lol you sound like you know what you're talking about! I play piano and violin, but never played guitar. So if you say this guy is better based on what he plays not how fast he plays, I shall believe you. *bows in surrender to someone with more knowledge. =)

  • @dbspaceoditty lol, different opinions. =) It's all good. I think Miyavi is better, you think this guy. =)

  • 17 people are jelly.

  • @asdfness123 More like 136.994 people are jelly.

  • Hi,

    is that a Yamaha NTX?

  • legend

  • This isn't actually as hard as it looks. Up untill he taps the body of the guitar it is just the same bit repeated. The slides are all the same length of about 2 frets. A few above where his hand is and a few below. I must admit it does sound very good and requires good technique to hit it so precisely but its not impossible. :)

  • @jluvsmetal Doing all that without a single flaw is impossible

  • @fixamacka It is possible with plenty of practise.

  • when i saw this i thought of Miyavi

  • not only does it sound beautiful, the playing actually looks beautiful

  • I Meke the same hahahaha

  • imma do this by ear...who am i kidding *throws guitar off a mountain*

  • I, in the true literalness of the word, have no idea how that is in the least bit possible.

  • Beautiful

  • what is the name of this song? I need the tabs man so amazing

  • nick reinhart is better:3

  • ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?!?!!?!

  • I have long ways to go before I tap against more than two chords

  • Now do a Tera Melos cover :3

  • @D00drebeau Dude I was just thinking the same thing!

  • he didnt show his face....he is a ghost

  • @vvkrai7

He doesn't want anyone to know that he look's like Adam Fulara playing BWV 848

  • watch this high.

  • why does he have a shoe on his shirt

    shoes belong on your feet

  • this dude sucks at guitar, why even post this

  • @heyassmanx No one took the bait, did they?

  • @FondlingReply hahaha treated...

  • AHHH!! I can't take it anymore, my mind is going to explode trying to comprehend what he is doing!!!!

  • Will someone please learn this and make a tutorial? dont think i have the tuning right.

  • that is crazy good

  • his tapping is awesome, but he's tuned to open chord so u could rlly do anything and it would sound good

  • @Battlescar2 Anxiously awaiting your vid that proves that theory.

  • @screamingmeanie u rlly want me to make one?

  • @Battlescar2 Yes.

  • @screamingmeanie i will then bro

  • @Battlescar2 Looking forward to it.

  • At first i was like "WTH" but then i was like "asians"

  • @Strikerx20 LOL

  • Asians...

  • all this shit is good and all but if this were a actual song i really wouldnt want to listen ot it

  • yeah!

  • everybody says it sounds like Andy Mckee.... to me it's a lot more like Justin King in terms of style, his taps are very similar. Honestly T-Cophony is good in terms of technicality but his music isn't as nice as most other guitarists in this genre, mostly I think because of experience. He focuses too much on technique (which still isn't as good as some others) and not enough on melody. It's easy to impress with this style, but once you start playing it's not as hard as you'd think

  • could anyone give me a genre of this music?

  • @kuntucky123 I believe many call this "fingerstyle guitar." Some legends in the style are Don "Heavy Wood" Ross, Michael Hedges, and sometimes the fingerpicking guitarist Tommy Tommy Emmanuel. Some of the newer faces of the style are Andy McKee, Craig D'Andrea and the already rather legendary Antoine Dufour. Check CandyRat.com (or YouTube for "CandyRat Record") and you can find more artists of this style. (Actually, Andy McKee is on the playlist to your left.) I love this music!

  • @SuperGamer87 Aww thanks alot mate ive just starting listing to this music and really loving it so thanks! ul check them all out :)

  • @SuperGamer87 "Fingerstyle guitar" isn't an accurate name, because fingerstyle just means playing guitar with your fingers instead of picks. There's fingerstyle bluegrass, blues, jazz, classical, and country that sounds nothing like this genre. I would call it "percussive/tap acoustic" since that's a little more descriptive. Or, you can just call it "contemporary acoustic guitar" or "new age"... but really, I play this style of music and I don't know what to call it half the time lol

  • Comments should be disabled because this video speaks for itself...

  • some justin king influence there i think.......

i applaud his compositional and technical ability

now im gonna go look for his albums

  • Your making me jealous man :(

  • holy fuck!

  • it actually sounds melodic as well

  • Fuck.

  • i have that same cappo it was my moms in the 70s

  • well thats one way of playing guitar

  • This guy is excellent. Very clean and accurate. I think that maybe Stanley Jordan was possibly one of the originators of the tapping technique. His music doesn't sound like this at all, but is nonetheless amazing to watch and listen to. There are some of his vids on the Tube.

  • Take that August Rush.

  • T-Cophony is amazing! I've been listening to him for at least 4 years now.

  • to many builds, sounds to inspiring

  • No doubt it takes skill, but all u need is low action, a lot of practice and a shit load of patience xD Its only a few measures played together fairly quick. Slow and steady gets you laid x3

  • is not as difficult as it seems... little practice an patience and is so easy^^

    guitar sound awsome
