This is a product of poor parenting, abandoning your kids and making their life a living hell. Serial killers aren't really born but created by how we are raised and the places were raised at. I wish no one killed him in prison, we could have used his mind to further get into the mind of a cannibal and find out what makes them tick, so far we know that a act of cannibalism is an act of keeping the victims with them for eternity, product of an abandonment issue!

@bettyjane1985 you are exactly right! im taking a class on the making of serial killers, and i have to do a paper on Jeffrey, and this man had a horribly lonely childhood, all of his twisted fantasies stuck inside his head, no outlet at all, no one to talk to, his parents were oblivious or didnt care or just left him.. so sad. i wish he was still alive so we could learn more ... in his case, poor parenting, teratogens, abandonment, ignorance...it all led to him finally killing people
