this is so full of bs for a couple of reasons... that program doesnt keep you safe... if i wanted to hack your passwords etc, it wouldnt be hard... i would track your ip, the scan for open ports, then connect and monitor your 'keystrokes' when you type the password the your little program and get into that... all of your anti-hacker bs doesnt work... theres always a way through it. you have to remember that the human brain is limited, meaning programs are too

Havent tried that program myself (Roboform) but in theory, it should protect you very well!

And a very/extremely good anti-virus/anti-Hacker program, buy Kaspersky Internet Protection 6.0. It stops everything, and is the best anti virus there is on the net! Later guys..

It doesn't take alot of imagination to come up with a password that's hard to find out.

Also, rather than advising the use of a separate program to remember passwords for you, I would suggest using Mozilla Firefox instead of IE. That offers a feature where it can use a single master password to encrypt all your stored passwords, so the only password you ever type is your master password, which is no use to anyone but you.

I think what they meant by changing your password often is because some people may access it and just take information, not actually do anything noticable, if you change your password regularly it cuts that out.

It is pretty easy to read any text in your clipboard. In fact, you could read the clipboard using JavaScript but I think that has been disabled. In Internet Explorer's security settings, there is a setting for "Allow Programmatic clipboard access" which is set to Prompt by default.
