I really dont understand why i didnt come over bronze division when the platinum guys play this bad. Havent played a long time so im not into it anymore and its just my opinion:

1. Terran not scouting his own base, ok he still could have overseen the drone

2. Terran not scouting enemy base and then going straight factory against a zerg, means to me he would be overrun anyway

3. But the zerg too plays really cheesy tactics so would he have been scouted should have been easy for the terran

@laslaalala yeah i noticed lol. i stopped playing 1v1 and i got a 408 pool, played 1 game and made diamond, the guy was only plat that i beat, but i rofl stomped him lol. i randomed terran, my worst race, and he tried a dt rush, but i like to harrass toss with reapers so i saw his twightlight council. with only 1 or 2 gates i knew what was up. normally if a person is in diamond you have to look at how many games theyve played to tell if theyre good or not

this game was NOT high level, not even close.

All the terran had to do was pull his SCVs as soon as he saw the hatch to attack the spines.. build 2 marines and send 2-4 scvs to go repair his supply depos then the zerg would be too far behind to do anything and would get roflstomped

whenever i see that I am playing a zerg I never suspect a proxy at all. But still this terran made one mistake he didnt scout. I always send and SCV around 10 or 11 scvs to go check and make sure they arent doing a 6 pool or something.

i did something similar today while using terran i snuck in 1 barracks with reactor and 3 bunkers and in 4 minutes the guy called gg but i will never do it again cuz its intense and way to hard to do in silver now

@roombust Same thing happened to me. Zerg vs zerg, we base trade like *crazy*, and he puts a hatchery right at the edge just like that. I come within inches of seeing it with my roaches as I attack move around the map, looking for his last expansion.

@rubberduckey111 Well since scouts are more of a "counter T1 unit" it's best to use the shotgun. Snipers are almost useless as T1's since they're too slow and most T1 units are melee. T2 units are also too tough for snipers (unless you use the anti-personel rounds which costs energy). It's more of a personal opinion since it matches my gameplay. I've seen a few people that own with snipers.

But yeah shotties are best for T1 (in my opinion), do it for humanity, for the Emperor!

only worked 'cause the terran was doing a risky cheese himself. scvs + the standard early marine amount would have easily taken the proxy hatch + spine crawlers

he didn't scouted zerg at the start, and he could made hellions after the thor, and a reaper instead of marine, and bunker him.

his scv's could repair the supply depots and some mining gas under his base, to keep repairing thor and killing the spine crawlers with no problem of lings (since they blocked by the depots, and a reaper or marine there to hold it off)

@smitony2 You miss the entire point, lifted building more extremely slowly and a drone could simply follow it. Even if the building floated over to an airlocked/rock-blocked field then Roaches would have already started teching to counter this, while teser would have been so far in the economy he would have none, if at the least, barely any chance to survive the next ten minutes.
