@frank44145 They did not plan on going somewhere with the guns. They were, however, preparing for an "apocalypse," and stocking up on weapons. The ATF wanted to search the house, and came with tons of agents. It has not been confirmed who shot first.
I also see a huge problem here, mostly because it is known that the ATF started the fire, and also because children died in that house. The majority of people (idiots, like @TheWereWolfkid) don't want to see it that way though.
