They did a 90minute set, then were called back for a 15 minute encore.

I have often seen/heard singers who ask the audience to sing, and they (the singers) shut up for a CHORUS or 2 (usually NOT the 1st time around... make SURE we know the words.)

Several times, Indigo Girls let us carry the singing for the VERSES - and we didn't let them down...

And - although they didn't shut up for their 1st encore song ("Ghost") - MOST of us sang along with them for the WHOLE song.

On her website, Reneé O'Connor recommended this video from her favorite duo which was directed by her friend Eric Escobar. The Indigo Girls has been a favorite of mine for a long time and I have to agree with Reneé that this video is great. The song is beautiful (as usual) and the video is very clever in how it interpreted the lyrics as a political commentary. Amy & Emily's harmonies are as beautiful as ever.
