Goodness me some smug socially retarded geek seems to have undergone a serious sense of humour transplant. Yes I remember an Amiga game called Deliverance but even back when it was released I was puzzled at how it had nothing to do with the Burt Reynolds movie of the same name. It could deceive anyone intot hinking this game was a movie tie-in.
@Paperclown I will admit that some of the jumps are annoyingly pixel perfect but your an Amiga gamer dude! Since when did we ever bow down to a good challenge in gaming!? :)
I just looked at some screenshots of the Mac version. All the fairy staues were clothed and the bodies on the racks had green slime on them instead of red blood.
I loved the first level of this game, but I was disappointed that the rest of the levels were completely different and that there were only four of them. I was hoping for at least a couple of each type of level.
the game totally should have been about the book and movie deliverance, fighting hillbillies, enduring the brutalities of the federal penetentiary, and the harsh reality that is prison rape....

So go on and search for "Deliverance movie" or something else...
