the wipers version is the best what I don't like about this version is when he says better watch out it's out of key listen to the wipers version and you'll here what I'm talking about and no I'm not slagging Kurt off he's one of my hero's I think he did a great job on D7 I used to like that version over the wipers version but I prefer the wipers version now with the way it sound's so dark it makes you feel there's more going on in that version

He was actually more then solid IMO. Cobain, Thurston Moore, Lee Ronaldo, Greg Ginn, Greg Sage (writer of this song/The Wipers), East Bay Ray, KimThayil, and Hendrix just made some of the craziest sounds I have ever heard.

I think Cobain's skills on guitar really shined on the song Areo Zeppelin.

@Untouchable787 i agree. I dont get why everyone says kurt cobain was such a bad guitarist. He definitely knew his way around the fretboard. He may not have been fuckin jimi hendrix, but he had some crazy solos and catchy riffs. Plus he intended not to sound like he was that good. that was part of the style. Its called "grunge" for a reason.
