oke now, what you want in there is some nice fast missile launchers, one plasma laucher and two fast lasers those one in the top right corner of the weapons choice screen. then the most powerfull tractorbeam. two heavy armor one repairdrone thingey a deflection shield, one engine, an emp blaster and a rocket deflection thingey, the one from the 'other' menue...coöperative orders,attack cruisers from zero distance (for the lasers) and make em protect eachother..that'd do the trick!

@wrathi As soon as I reboot into Windows 7 from Ubuntu, I'm getting it too! Kickass for Steam and their sales. Too bad more big-name retailers can't show the gaming community some love and put things on sale once in a while.

@ProdigySYndromeProd To this day, that is a severely underrated game...especially with the Vietnam expansion. I sold my CoD Black Ops a long time ago....I just don't think it's all that.

my estrategy pwns :

2 tankers ( high armour and shields + docks to repair fighters ) no engines

then 2 tipes of fighters :

1- Bombers strong weapons to atack cruisers and frigates

2- strikers fast week weapons to kill other fighters

try it . its working for me :)
