I'd go with Pulse hands down. It's newer, has better graphics, better racing mechanics, better/more exciting courses to race on, more game modes, and onine play. Plus the main campaign has really good pacing and it's long enough to keep you occupied for a long time. It's better in pretty much every way.

As for GTA, they're both great.

Vice City looks better but has a lot more obvious graphical glitches and doesn't run as smoothly. The biggest plus for Vice city is that you can swim, fly, and do side missions to gain extra money and build your empire. If you want more to do, VIce City is probably your game. Liberty City runs smoother though and has more places to drive and more city space to explore.

It's all about getting good skills for the characters, so save up JP points and power them up that way.

i do take offense to that, the psp in itself is poorly designed, it shit, the bloody itouch has more power that than the psp and it can play flash games better to. the challenge of hacking it and the reward is worth it, i mean iv spent near $200 trying to hack it, i deserver a few good games for that.

it was asking some forums how to hack my psp, the way the told be ended up bricking it. so i bought myself a pandora and magic mem ($30) and it didnt actaully do anything for my version of the psp. the other $170 was sending it to sony to get fixed. my psp is working fine now.

The pandoras battery would have unbricked it you know xD. Unless you popped open the psp's shell and screwed around on the motherboard, the pandora method fixes it all.

But just to let you know, in some countries games cost a serious BOMB, that's why some of us resort to piracy. Not because we want to steal, but we want to experience the same but could not.
