I bought a sectional sofa on Sat . It caught on fire just as I turned on my driveway ,I have never sen something burn like it did . It was like someone put gas on it . The fumes were so toxic that we could not hardly breathe . My son hands were burned trying to get it out of the truck . I don't know what happened but I am out $1000.00.They say their products are safe well I can say they are not.
I would also ENCOURAGE people to google ASHLEY FURNITURE RATINGS. Believe what you read, and look up your local better business bureau ratings on them as well as your attorney general. you might be suprised in what you find.
Well, I agree with the person who mentioned the dog in the pictures, HOWEVER, I have an ashley sofa 6 months old, only one person has sat on it 4 hrs a day. LOOKS new EXCEPT cushions are NOTHING like they were and the BOTTOM fell out. take a look at my video of the inside of what I found AFTER fighting with ashley over this, in which they refused to refund my money or replace it.
its a high nip fab.. thats a bad fab 4 animals.. i sell this stuff all day and have 4 13 years and thats just a bad fab.. ur saleman shouldve worned you or at least asked if u had animals.. its a cotton blend
perhaps you get more sympathy if you didnt show your dog on the sectional.. obviously it used it as a scratch pad.. no wonder they didn't take it back!
The majority of the components they use and the material are brought in from China pre cut and sewn together. Assembly is done here (U.S.)

A) This sectional retails for $699. How long do you expect you use ? 10 years??
B) If you have a pet, you should have notified your salesperson. He would naturally recommend you get a Microfiber/Durapella set.
C) You are 100% wrong and blaming the store.
D) People like you make this business irritable..
