In response to "You Only Get Old if You Let Yourself Get Old" Amen to that.....only the "shell" (your body) gets old....if you're young in spirit and soul, so are you...........some people are old through and through. Who says that just because you're in your 60's 70's, etc. you have to bend over and be old?

When I was a kid, I saw a lot of clips of Cab in his prime. While Michael Jckson was explosive, Cab was smooth and burning. In my mind, he was the champ.

When I was a kid, I lived near the first city in the U.S. to have cable tv (Mahanoy City, Pa.) We used to get 3 channels from New York that showed old movies. They showed old Cab Calloway movies a lot.
