My sister showed me this song before the one with Amy Lee came out and I have to say that I much prefer this one. While the singing isn't so strong and in your face like the other one, this one feels more raw and has a vulnerability about it that I think makes it much more powerful.
Gotta say, I do love the version with Amy Lee way better. I don't know, the power seems lost here. Doesn't have the same impact for me. Not that this is bad, because really, with those lyrics, it's hard to go wrong.
more raw and less 'processed' and 'produced' feeling then the Amy Lee version, even though i don't mind that vers. this is just miles better. it's on a different key too, if you listen to them both.

We saw eachother on June 3rd for the first time in 13 years. Shes in Philly and I'm in Pittsburgh. I wasn't right for 13 years. My sister showed me this song before the one with Amy Lee came out and I have to say that I much prefer this one. While the singing isn't so strong and in your face like the other one, this one feels more raw and has a vulnerability about it that I think makes it much more powerful.

Gotta say, I do love the version with Amy Lee way better. I don't know, the power seems lost here. Doesn't have the same impact for me. Not that this is bad, because really, with those lyrics, it's hard to go wrong.

more raw and less 'processed' and 'produced' feeling then the Amy Lee version, even though i don't mind that vers. this is just miles better. it's on a different key too, if you listen to them both.

@AlwinTheBeast85 Thats a very sad story man. I went through something like that when I was 20. She came back after one of my friends on facebook told her we were friends. We saw eachother on June 3rd for the first time in 13 years. Shes in Philly and I'm in Pittsburgh. I wasn't right for 13 years. None of my relationships were very long as I dreamed she would come back and be with me again.
