I remember when I first heard this movement (coupled with the final movement) at a concerto competition in the Sydney Town Hall in the 1960s. It was an incredible experience. And listening to your performance here is also incredible, George!

Trying to answer in english to azagur88(i am french), i don't know George's feelings, but looking at this child, i can read utter joy and bliss on his face.His expressions are those of a child enjoying what he is working at, and i often smiled at his humour and at some of his facetious miming.
