Depends on the venue really, pellets are normally the first choice on commercial waters but on more natural lakes you will do well on worms, casters, corn and meat over some hemp. If you want to target Tench, fish waters with not as many carp as they will take most tench baits, also a trick to try is to fish slightly outside of where you feed as Tench will sit back from the main feeding area if carp are present as they are nt as aggresive. cheers mate.

I have caught many from anglers paradise. I have caught goldent tench to 5Lb but they have the world record of over 10Lb. Caught 2010
