I'm blown away. I grew up in a small town Bon Aqua TN. Everyone knew each other, never had a problem. When I go back I get the two finger wave from neighbors as I drive past or if I knew them real well, we stop traffic on both sides of the road to chat for a bit. No one gets mad, it is "OH your Brenda's boy"; "Yes Ma'am I am". You Gotta Love coming "Home" to that. Keep up the good work.
@Ashes0925 I am right there with you. It's just devastating. The pictures don't do it justice because the devastation in the pictures is limited to the boundaries of the actual picture. It's just hard to capture that kind of destruction in every direction with one picture, but we tried. Thank you for your comment! Hope you are safe and well!
Jeremy, like many I'm from PG, whole family still lives there. I was wondering if there is there a way to get a copy of the video and song? I'd like to save it ...funny my car made it in the slides....
@bbooth24 Hey man, I don't know if I have a way to send it to you or not, but I can try to figure it out. I thought it would let you download it from here but I guess not. Find me on facebook and send me a message with your email and I'll try to do it that way if that's cool. Oh, and I'm glad your car made the final cut! :) Hope you and your family are all safe and sound man!
Jeremy, May you and yours go far. Thank You for bringing your music and talent to the table in such a sad time of so many. Thank your co-writers as well. Great work guys! Keeping those in our prayers that have lost so much.
@RockSolidIdeas Thank you. I have been blessed to work with many of Nashville's greatest songwriters. I am continually honored to sit in the room with these folks. They are a gift from God for sure. We will definitely keep all of our home folks in our prayers. Thank you for the message!

@RockSolidIdeas Thank you so much. It is always an honor to have a song like this "fit" the situation. We felt like it did just that. Thank you again for the kind words and encouragement.
Wow, so poignant. Thanks so much for sharing your great song like this. Tough road ahead for so many in our great state. I thought of you guys when I first heard Pleasant Grove was being hit hard. Never could have imagined this level of destruction.
Thank you so much for doing this. I am from Plesant Grove and my parents still live in the Highland Forest subdivision. I am heartbroken - simply heartbroken. I also graduated from the University of Alabama, so this is tragedy is doubly hard for me to grasp. I was just there in March and when I come back in June I will see this devastation first hand. It will be very emotional.
@sherraelliott You are welcome. We wrote the song a few weeks back and it just seemed oddly appropriate to put some of the photos together and make this. My wife and I both grew up in Pleasant Grove and are also both Bama fans so we know where you are coming from. Just happy to have been in the room writing the right song, at the right time, with the right songwriter. Thank you Sherra!
I used to live next door to Rich Fagan in Nashville. Good times.
