It's a team of burglars. The way i heard it, when he pulled the quarter out of his wallet the bald dude saw his home address on his driver's license and told his accomplice, the girl. she went over and robbed his apartment while Wes was still out running his errands. By the time Wes came home, he realized his one good act was repaid by two wrongs (or in this case, two theives), hence the title.

I agree with the people who said, "Who keeps a quarter in their wallet?" -- Usually, if you ask someone for change, they just have it in their pocket. In the case of a girl, she might have it at the bottom of her purse. I'd say it was by chance that he (Wes) happened to have the money in his wallet and that the guy was even able to read an address. Some guys don't even have their ID's showing in their wallets. When dealing with short films, I guess coincidences are necessary.

so the guy asked for a quarter so he could see Wes's address on his info card or something. then he tells her. the arcade is like a gym 4 him. the gf goes to the place and is smart enuf and found a way in. she takes the boxes stuff and he didnt know his stuf was in it. and when he finds out he tries to catch up.

@BambiLena666 It's methodical, you have to pay attention to minor details. Did you see where he came from? AMC Theatre, always an arcade. My ultimate guess was Wes had JUST gotten to the movies, was just a customer and went to the bathroom. So, how much time does the girl get to easily locate houses (any map finder), already have boxes, and for a lock picker, doors are nothing. And who wouldn't help someone in need?

That's at least an 1 - 1 1/2 hours to pick, load, and have things ready. Easy.

Stuff like this happens everyday, like the story of a man helping an old lady who has fallen over, she then sues him claiming he was the one who pushed her down.

Sometimes being a good person is just allowing others to screw you over. I think that is the plot of this.

Ok so the guy that asks for the quarter is teamed up with his gf (azn girl). They rob people's stuff. the guy asks for a quarter so he can see inside wallet & tells gf adress . Victim(Wes) gives quarter then goes home. He sees girl w/ boxes,doesn't realize dat it's HIS stuff and helps. The gf calls bf to pick her up. Wes sees that his stuff's all gone and realizes the girl stole it all. By then bf arrived and he knees Wes. Bf and gf leave . Point is that Wes was nice and that got him robbed :P
