I don't know what happen but I did a trick sorta like this but I took too kind of cards like kings or jacks. So I put them in 2 piles each of the same and didn't mix them. I flip them over so you can't see the faces. Than I grab each kind after another. King, jack, king, so on. Then I grab them, tap them 3 times, then I saw it turned out to be the same pattern, king, jack, king and so on. I kept trying and then I actually got them in the order all together! I swear I didn't cheat at all!!!

When I used to do this trick I would say something along the lines of "then the cops showed up, and took the burglars to jail" then I pull the first 4 cards off the top of the deck keeping them face down. Then I would say ""at the station they lined up single file and were put into their cells." as I said that I would slowly turn over each card one by one for a nice effect.
