  • PS I love Dear Mr. Henshaw! I always felt dirty because it was so personal and journaly and sad!

  • HAHAH. I have a hilarious Daddy's Roommate story! No one will probably read this because you posted this video almost 2 years ago! I was volunteering at the local public library, and I came across it. And I was like "No! It couldn't be!" And IT WAS. After flipping through the children's book (which was practically a picture book explaining why this little boy's parents had divorced) I promptly placed it on the "Must Read" shelf! Hahaha!

  • of mice and men is my summer reading, and i'm gonna read forever soon, hated my bro sam is dead

  • 9/25

  • 4/25

  • I read 5 (+6, since I read all the Harry Potter books :P). The Harry Potter books were controversial because of wizardry I guess a lot of religious people got all pissed about it saying it was against God. My friend's mother wouldn't let her read them.

  • homo police!!!

  • 7/25

Not bad, but I AM reader, so......

    -scurries to library-

  • can u brush ur hair b4 videos

    6/25 i hate reading

  • 8/25

  • i read Harry Potter and The Giver... The Giver is so old.. Had to read it for school.. Its about some futuristic town where people cant remember the past the have no feelings their color blind and stuff.. and its so confusing not explaining it all umm yea im bad at this would had been better to do a video response might do that sometime have to skim my notes on it lol

  • of mice and men was da shit

  • 9/25 i read the Giver, and of mice and men in school

  • 2/25 Because I'm in 8th grade and will most likely read some this year (I'm reading 2 of them this year), and in high school.I actually read that it's perfectly Normal. It's a book used to avoid awkward conversations about sex, puberty, babies, you know the birds and the bees. It was actually a lot better than a conversation about it for me. Don't know why it would be banned, I mean, if you don't want your kid knowing about puberty or sex don't let them read it. It's for educational purposes.

  • Ok I read The Giver in like 8th grade. I guess I can kinda see why it would be banned, but I guess the school I went to it didnt matter. But yeah I guess a bunch of bible thumpers would be pissed about a book of a sociaty that doesnt believe in god and control everything the people do. Its quit and interesting book.

  • 813-465-8666

you really dont need to do anything about ADD or ADHD unless you really feel strongly it is impeding your work

cencerta and stuff can take care of it

but it supresses so much. id ignore mckennahlane on that

yeah the number is a number that needs to be prank called

  • Daddys room mate0 The book, about a young boy whose divorced father now lives with his gay partner, deals with the controversial subject of homosexual parents.

  • PS the giver aint dirty... its like kinda boring lol

  • 8/25, i love reading!!! i should read more of those books.. wrinkle in time? never heard of it, come to think of it i havent even read huckleberry finn! crazy!!

  • its okay im not a reader either!

  • 6/25

  • what in the hell is with ur hair in this video

  • he didnt put his wig on straight.

  • omg no comment ebsides WTF IS WITH YOUR HAIR?!

  • Hey Buck... (serious comments)

I found out, as an adult, that I have Attention Deficit Disorder (A.D.D.). In looking back through my life (especially as a kid) this knowledge would have explained a LOT! - Sorry to say.. you remind me of myself, and I wonder if you have it too.

Anyway, though I WISH I could read books- I, too, just can't. I can't sit or concentrate that long. BUT, I can listen forever!!

Try books on tape as you drive. They are GREAT and opened up a world to me!!

  • LOL, only 2 for me! XD

  • we read the giver for 7th grade

  • 3/25

    The Giver

    Of Mice and Men

I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings

  • Ok, the first one...I read that in first grade. Yes. I had nightmares forever. And I will most likely have some tonight thinking about it. Look it up, terrifying...

9/25. Now I'm scared again. That's what that book does to you. I can't believe I was allowed to read that first one! Really!

  • Ummmmm I didn't really like the giver because it was pretty stupid and about.... i won't spoil it for u in case u do decide to read it.

  • 4/25

  • Goosebumps is awesome.[:

  • i read all the time but only read 3/25 of these books probably because they are banned but why are some of theses books banned?

    I've read 4/25

    just like Buck!! :D

  • 6/25

  • 12/25

but I really wanna read Go Ask Alice

and since Buck liked it I wanna see it even more!

oh and the reason HP is challanged is because of the witchcraft

ya, a bunch of religous zealots assume it is about devil worshipping witches JUST because it has magic in it

    *rolls eyes*

    hate those people

  • 11/25

But I grew up during this era, so these were new and talked about. The Giver is an amazing book. And Harry Potter is challenged because of the magic and deaths in the series. Oh, and Dear Mr. Crenshaw (is that how you spell it?) was one of my favorite books growing up.

I love playing these old games.

  • 6:15 lmao. Yeah I would. I'd love to be on my farm too!

    do you feel better now?

    ahaha

  • 9/25

  • A Wrinkle in Time is great ... I read it in 6th grade, so it's not a hard read at all. There is a shitty 80s movie if you don't feel like reading but I found it hard to follow

  • 8/25

  • 14/25...I'm incredibly dorky xD

  • the giver is a great book... i cryed... and harry potter is on the baned book because of witchcraft... and a lot of christians made a big deal out of it... which only made more people want to read the books... but anyway... i am reading the choclate war now in school... its a good book but kinda wierd... so yea.... love ya!! you rock... nice voice...lol =D

Forever was good and so was Go Ask Alice. That was an awesome one!!

A lot of those were gay books! lol

  • i only read harry potter!

  • the giver is about a utopian town where everyone see in black and white and people are the same or "equal". Then there is this one boy who recieves a job to do that makes him experience things he didn't even knew existed (not sex. didn't wanna give you that thought! XD) It's a good book for the most part. there are some books on the list that i haven't read but i've wanted to.

I love Catcher in the Rye!

  • do you have gameday anymore??? :O

  • 2/25

bad but I like reading books ;)

  • Ive only read nine.

  • harry potter was banned cause crazy bible thumpers think that witchcraft is bad and harry potter is a product of the devil.

[ i had my crazy bible thumping Aunt Sharon explain it to me... i hate family reunions... ]

  • Yeah, don't need to be mean. and personally

I find the term Bible Thumper insulting.

    I got 1/25....

  • 3/25 lol u did better than i did

  • we were forced to read the give in school. it was weird. you were right though, there is a dirty part in it. the guy has a dream where he wants this girl to take her clothes off. so he tells his parents and they start giving him pills. its so queer! you should read it b.c its funny(even though its not supposed to be)and its for like middle school kids.

  • we were forced to read the giver in school. it was not that great, but there was one dirty part in it. he has this dream and wants the girl to take her clothes off, so then they give him pills for it. it's for like middle school age kids. read it! its funny, but its not supposed to be! hehe

  • I'm reading it again for school and it's not actually that bad,but one of the most mature books I read yet.Crazy
