how is it that the constitution applies to me? Are you making assumptions? Are you presuming that the constitution applies to me? Have I consented or agreed? Where is the meeting of the minds? Even though nonassumsit seems to be at war and kind of a dick, I believe he has a good point about the possibility of the constitution having no authority. Instead of saying that you are a DUMB ASS, I might ask you why you think that opinions that you have are binding on anyone else besides your self.
The constitution applies to you like a crescent wrench. IT'S A TOOL! It is the governmental power that certain people bind themselves to so that others can hold them to their "service agreement". It's basically a trust document that CAN BE USED to bind those who agreed to go by it.
Very nice explanation of the 14th amendment. ... which caused the state's powers to be taken away, to be bestowed on the individuals. Unless they have money, they wont be able to represent themselves, individuals will no longer be able to get help from the state to represent them. Sad if you dont have money to buy representation. Case in point.. medical marjuana plantation allowed in California state in a small scale.. but the feds can put you in the pen. States have lost the rights by 14th amen

NO STATES WAS DEPRIVED OF THE 14TH VOTE, WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT
ALL 11 STATES CONSENTED TO THE 14TH, EVEN A CONFEDERATE JUDGE WHO FILED THE SLAUGHTERHOUSE CASES KNEW, THAT, OTHERWISE THE CONFEDERATE JUDGE WOULD HAVE CHALLENGE IT IN COURSE.
I have a ?..so is this the same thing the Moors are reffering to when they go to court and say that the court needs to establish jurisdiction as them having the ability to rule over cases...I saw a case and the judge ws getting so upset because the quy kept telling her she hasn't proven jurisdiction and she kept putting orders on him and woudnt cooperate with him. I know she wanted him to provide some type of formal motion..IDK..but he didn't and she was going crazy battling with this guy...
Where did states rights go when the 14th amendment passed? The powers of the state passed to the individual but if "said individual" (yes this means you!) does not exercise their right to due process and an administrative hearing, power passes to the Agents. Protect yourself from the Agents! Watch Zeke's videos and learn.....
The 14th Amendment changed the presumption that an individual was free. The individual must help and protect him or herself. After the war, although the states lost their rights, the guaranteed right to due process is still available to the individual. We have to ask for a hearing with the agency. The individual has the power reserved to it in the Judicial Power Article III of our Constitution.
Please clarify this, "Constitutional Law means administrative process."
@greatgoldminer A State has no rights....the State is a dead entity. The same as a Hotdog has no rights. I never pledged to a Fictitious State but rather to a Republic.
I'm thinking the republic is like a dead car (entity). It takes the individual to get into it and make it do what the individual wants it to. The dead car takes you where you want to go... if you know how to work it. Same for the republic! Dead until you make it happen!
once again, I applaud you for trying.

Challenging Jurisdiction can be dangerous. I would just request a Judicial proceeding rather than a Administrative proceeding.
