  • Do you use the amp with the boost switch on for the U2 stuff and if so what gain setting do you use

  • @bonolee07 I dont believe the boost was on. I think in this vid the gain was up just enough to add some additional volume to the overall sound.

  • Nice job! Thanks . . .

  • @excelsior544 youre welcome!

  • work on where the streets have no name :)

    nice sounds tho

  • do you think that a vox pathfinder 10 will do good a JOB?? thanks and well done vid

  • @TheStaniol cant say for sure never played one!

  • You nailed the tone. Cheers!

  • Are you using only delay here or is there an overdrive in the mix?

  • @tumbleoverandlaugh only delay. thanks for watching

  • Do you think a tele will make this sound as well or do you reckon the tone is mostly your strat? Thanks!

  • i'm guessing your using a herdim pick? :)

  • sounds fantastic dude.

  • Ah, I guess you don't recall the specific settings then? By the way, your original stuff sounds very cool. Nice job.

  • @ensignbarabus try these: mod delay @ 450ms (SHFWILF), 360ms (streets), 430ms (bad). Tweak the mod settings until it sounds alittle less vibe-ish.

  • What are the DD20 settings you're using for these clips? Very nice sounds!

  • @ensignbarabus modulated delay. thanks for watching

  • What im looking for!!

  • beautiful sound

  • Great demo! Very inspiring....think I'm going to play guitar now!

  • @azure0099 awesome-glad to get someone playing!

  • There's any reverb adjusted or that "spacial" sound comes just from your delay pedal?

  • @moisa123 its all just delay

  • Such a beautiful sound! Do you use a lot of treble to get this sound or it's just the delay? Any special pick to get this harsh thin sound? Congrats for your tone and nice playing!

  • @moisa123 not a whole lot of treble. I use a blue herdim pick to achieve the chingy sound

  • @scorpguitar79 Thanks for answering! I'll search one of these picks! See ya!

  • Can it make a nice Randy Rhodes sound ???

  • @urkingod no it is not suited for that-the overdrive is almost fuzzy. much more suited to classic rock

  • @scorpguitar79 Thank you. Been looking around and this was one of the TOP list.

  • @scorpguitar79 I have a cheap amp and my sound is very muffled. I would like to buy this amp but I don't know how it sounds without effect.

Can you record U2 Pride without effect ( guitar direct to amp)?

  • @Rafal102able check my other vid/review of this amp-plenty of non delay drenched tones.

  • great tone - the Boss DD20 makes a lot of difference for U2 stuff

  • hello sorry if I answer now, thanks for the information but 'I can not sound like your setup ... what else did you ..? feedback, tone, level can help me thanks a lot

  • Nice work! I've had one of these amps for about two years and am still amazed at the tonal variety it offers. I recently started using a bi yang reverb pedal with mine because the Pathfinder's tiny tank can only do so much. Thanks again for demo. I feel like you've really nailed that tone.

  • @saldanation thanks!

  • @dadovox86 mod delay@ 420ms

  • Extraordinary tone! What settings did you use on the vox?

  • @montezumeflex bass all the way up-drive at about 1/4 or less, volume at 1/2-3/4, and treble at a little over 1/2.

  • Excellent example of the chime the Pathfinder can produce.

  • @jAMMAN798 thanks alot jamman!

  • amasing! I have the big brother the AC30 this really does a killer job.

  • @intheblues thanks! I have had an Ac30 and an AC15 and at lower volumes the pathfinder is better. Since I am not a gigging musician this is the best choice for me.

  • @scorpguitar79 i dont know why, but to me pathfinder sounds better then big AC30 from thesedays production (cc1) dont wanna do the flame, but thats how i feel .. :)

  • great little amp...i've got an AC30 but maybe i should have bought a couple of these pathfinders and spent the different on other things :-)

  • @muggle911 if all you do is play at home I'd say yes you should've. Awesome little amp.
