@XoJumpBigoX Safety reasons... lol. A horse can still run through a stud chain if he really wanted to. There is no reason to hold a horse by a metal chain. It is only causing him pain.

I used to ride at this stable!! I watched this randomely and then I was like "Woah...those wash racks are reeeaallly familiar..." I even know the horse you rode! I miss that place so much. The trainer moved so I went with her. Wasn't that gigantic hill up and down from the tack room to the cross ties a pain in the ass?? lol

Yeah, nosebands sometimes triger presher points. so if your horse doesn't need it u don't have to use it. Most of the time... Its silly really tack has useless stuff.

when she is taking up she has no noseband and a martingale. but when she goes to ride there is a noseband and no martingale. haha without the noseband that martingale would be pretty useless =] im confused.

Nosebands are not always necessary for all horses - however if you notice he does have a noseband on in the riding segment. You learn something new every day

i use a nose band because when ever i try to tell my horse where to go he opens his mouth so he dosent feel the bit. so thats why i use it. its not bad for them but yes you dont have to ALWAYS use them. :)

The noseband doesn't help in keeping the mouth shut - a FLASH helps them keep their mouth shut so they don't avoid the bit...just saying :]

like if u dont put the bit on top and u put it under the noseband it would kinda hold the bit in the position
