It is a major problem. Not to defend them, the EU has already found difficulties in complying with previous WTO requirements. EU farmers can only deal with so many shocks. There is no way that this deal will go through. There is nothing in this for the developing economies. Already there are massive problems of subsidized produce from the developed world flooding the developing world, eg: Haiti. Maybe India, China and Brazil can somehow wriggle out but African farming will be totally destroyed. the Third world has had enough of the developed world's protectionist and hegemonic mindset.
