The narrators say the two EJ200 engines produce 18,000 tons of thrust combined. This is wrong, of course. It's 20,250 pounds with reheat for each engine, 40,500 pounds combined.
@albedoshader The narrators is right, the EJ200 give 90kN each it mean 18T combined. 13,500 lbf (60 kN) dry thrust / 20,000 lbf (90 kN) with reheat, impressive anyway! if you think that the weight of the plane is : EMPTY WEIGHT / MAXIMUM WEIGHT: 9.750kg/21.000kg that means that normaly you can put the fighter verticali and it will climb vertical like a rocket!
@Falkmaster83 LOL, the F-22 can take out the eurofighter anytime. Its far more advanced in avionics, manouvrebillity and its radar is far more advanced than the eurofighters. But I really like the eurofighter:-)

@alecxio Even the eurofighter is a really great plane Im not convinced its better equipped than the raptor. The radar is more advanced and better on the raptor, the raptor has a more advanced RWR system, the raptor is more stealthy then the eurofighter, the raptor has faster datalink and can operate as a "mini awacs" the raptor has SIGINT capabillities, and a very advanced elctro optical system. And the f-22 is more manouvreable at low speeds...

@EXMR84: Yeah, 18 tons combined. But the first time he speaks about the thrust he says 18 thousand tons of thrust, which is wrong.
I know, in clean configuration the t/w ratio is well over 1.
