Also, the transport car on the side reads Hyuga (日向). I think it's referring to Hyuga, which I believe is present day Miyazaki prefecture. It might represent the name of the transport company, or literally the passengers are from Miyazaki. Regardless, I find it odd a select group of people from Miyazaki would find a Japanese transport car to ride in the UK. They should have been riding a normal UK bus - they sure as hell cant ride a bus back to Japan. Oh well, it's a cartoon.

I'm surprised, but he does speak Japanese. Unfortunately, like Mr. Bean, he mumbles. Like most Japanese, it's a bit contextual. Here's a few:

@RelVleDy Slight typo of mine I noticed. He doesn't say kashite @ 4:16, he actually says "kaeshite" (かえして) which again means to return it, give it back, etc. kashite (かして) means to loan (ex. money), which is different.
