Im going to make a little video soon concerning my weight, in about august I was trying to get more muscle so i had to increase my calories to around 3500 which was working but in november I had a really tough move and it took a lot out of me and I never decrease in calories I was taking in so I went from 230 to about 259,but the last 4 weeks ive been dieting agian and back at 245, so thanks for the concern I love you too =))
