Perfect tutorial! I just started using Open Office after switching to Linux & changing margins aren't nearly as easy in comparison to MS Word 2007. I would recommend looking into Libre Office (still in Beta), who are the same ppl that developed Open Office.

How can we go back to default margins if we ever need to?

Thanks! To go back to margins of .79in all around you can go to Format -> Page and set the margins to .79 all around, or if you want to permentally go back, simply remove your "Like MSWord Margins" template from the template menu.
