  • I remember watching this when I was a kid and wondering if games would ever look as good as the cut scenes.

  • can this game be played on a newer PC (like this one which has a pentium 4 processor)?

  • @TheBigMan0706 You should be able to, I at least never had a problem with Fallout 1 or 2.

  • pls support our new community channel

    sexy quad head shot feed:/watch?v=fa62VZoOwqU

send clips too, to help us and help ur self

we r just starting so dont hate evry1 starts sum where

  • War:What? You don't know me!

  • i wanna play this

  • @johnnystrawberryseed It's for sale for $5.99 at Good Old Games.

There's no excuse not to dish six dollars for a masterpiece. If you're European, all for the better. With the current exchange rate, you'll be paying for it less than a frozen pizza (something you should stock up on if you plan on playing Fallout).

  • @Danirijeka Good Old Games? I'm hopin that's a website.

  • lol i remeber in i think when i was younger my heart was pounding at the intro when it first said FALLOUT

  • wait what? IT COST 199.999 TO BUY THAT THING LOOKS LIKE IT COST 53.99

  • After over 10 years, I still play this game once in a while all the way thru. Probably because of the storyline and the setting that keep me coming back, a world after a nuclear warfare and people are rude and cruel to each other with loads of drug reference.

This game was released during a time when the west was interested in Japanese RPG like Final Fantasy...

  • dammmn fallout 1 brings sooo many memories lol

  • I'm glad you find out in F2 they ended up killing the guy in charge of valt 13... experimenting on people like that... what a fuck ass. (I know its fictional, shut the fuck up.)

  • @GeneralHoohah I killed him at the end of Fallout 1 (had bad karma and shot him before screen faded XD). Plus, most of the Vaults were experiments - the truly awful ones, in my opinion, been 87 and 11.

  • Best intro ever

  • this is a part of gaming history, Fallout is a must try game, F3 doesn't even come close to F1 and F2

  • Well at least the government isnt at the point of becoming the Enclave! FO2 FO3 those guys were jerks! And they were supposed to be the remnants of the american government!

  • @outragedcobra That's why they were jerks.

  • the fallout series speaks the truth of how coruppted the goverment is today.

but any way i love this game im so into all i like fallout 3 the best tho because it gave us a good idea of the creatrues in 3d awesomeness

  • Fallout 1 has possibly the best intro of any game I've ever played.

  • yeah but it's a cool song for an intro like fallout

  • This song is in FALLOUT 3.

  • yes, but it was in Fallout 1 first.

  • Yes, but it was ink spots before that :P

  • they never actually change the song

  • INTERPLAY <3

  • lol i play fallout 1 it is a lot of fun but on newer computers it gets messed up so if you have and computer that you only had it within the last 4 years it will work but the screen will go black a lot so i would go for fallout 2 or you can buy a game pack with 3 of the 4 fallouts you should be able to find it on ebay.

  • They made the intro graphics (like when you saw the T.V and the broken city) stay on gameplay in Fallout 3

  • wat system is this for

  • Philips CD-i

  • I thought it was PC... well you can get it on Pc in a collection with fallout 2 and some other fallout game whcich I can't remember the name of

  • it's for PC

i lost both 1 and 2 a couple years back and now im regretting leaving them in my closet just thrown around

  • you can get this one, fallout 2 and fallout tactics at target... or as the info says above, you can also get them from good old games. The whole set at target is $20

  • TWENTY dollars? Sweet!

  • Ya i kno! I was at walmart last night and was going to get them, but i had already given my dad my 20.

  • awesome thanx for the info!

  • @ratchetgreen1 Fallout 1 and 2 are for computer. Fallot 3 and Fallout: New Vegas are for PS3 and X360.

  • @KooqieToyShow those are for computer too

  • wtf, why isnt there anything about the world before the wastelands and the bombings destroying everything??

  • They think it's kinda cleat after 1:20. which it is...

  • I don't get it, why did the robot thing kill the man, and what is the robot thing?

  • Those were US troops in power armor, "suppressing" the local Canadians after the annexation.

  • Thanks, I get it now

  • When i played fallout, in the intro there was no music just some typical creepy fallout backround noise.

Did i have a differenct copy?

  • HOW TO PLAY FALLOUT FREE

Step 1: Go to the gametap website

Step 2: Create a gametap account

    Step 3:

  • Sorry! Cat walked on my keyboard and entered my comment too soon. LOL!

    Step 3: Download Gametap

Step 4: Start Gametap, login, then download FALLOUT under the FREE GAMES selection.

  • @GeneralHoohah wrong, it is 20 dollars for fallout and 10 for fallout 2

  • @NOmyhelmet Unfortunately... Gametap no longer allows free user accounts so you can play a handful of games like this for free, since it was taken over by another company.

Sorry guys. :( You'll have to buy it like everyone else *cough torrent cough* now.

  • @GeneralHoohah Or you can buy the game you cheap fuck

  • @SeriousSamx I did... a while ago.

  • @GeneralHoohah You should buy the game and actually support small corporations that need money. Only big companies like Activision deserve to have their games stolen from them.

  • @warbossworm That was a while ago, Gametap is garbage now. It was bought out by I *think* a french company and they got rid of the free trial accounts with the limited number of free games. And that isn't not supporting those companies. Gametap has to pay to let people play that game. So don't worry, they are being supported when you play from that source.... not that you can anymore. Also don't buy it from Good Old Games, buy it from the official website. GOG's version doesn't like mods.

  • @GeneralHoohah Ah ok then. I have the game on disc anyway.

  • lol what is the name of the song it is stuck in my head because of this game lol

  • "Maybe" by Ink Spots.

Louis Armstrong does the Fallout 2 intro music, and Ink Spots return again for Fallout 3.

  • Bethesda did actually get the rights to use the song that the Interplay developers had originally meant to use for this opening called "I dont want to set the world on fire"

  • Quite possibly one of the best game trailers ever made imo. Saw the fallout 3 trailer and noticed they borrowed alot from the origional fallout 1 trailer. So I had to go back and watch this. SOOOO GOOD. Makes me want to play the damn game again!

  • why don't u play it then?

    it's free now ;)

  • not.. you kinda need to buy it still..

  • Hey, that's how I got here, hahaha!
