@foxsetup depends because if the tire is new and you have low pressure and you hit a bump it will come off because it is stretched and it wants to go back to the original shape. but if the tire has been used its shape has changed to match the stretched rims and if you have low pressure then im sure it shouldnt come off...but just my opinion not really a fan of stretched tires...

zapwatt- its about running wide rims without the excessive guard rub and it also eliminates sidewall flex in cornering, thats why we do it in drifting so that there is no play in the sidewall so you can feel exactly what the cars doing
