If you are skateboarding and they see skid marks, cracks where you are landing, and they get there to arrest you, they will count you for vandalizing. Another thing is, even if they don't see anything wrong, they could STILL charge you with Trespassing, Vandalizing, and whatever they can come up with because if they get called to arrest you, its for more than one reason.
