If a bank or insurer or whatever is to big to fail then it is to big to be and should have been brokened up, no matter how successful or supposedly honestly successful it is. Crooked CEOs should not be receiving millions of taxpayers dollars. They should be going to prison and all their ill gotten gains confiscated.
